This location has really declined over the past 10 years. Doesn't seem like any of the employees truly care.Food was decent. service not that great

Ordered a large pizza, 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. Cheese was overcooked. Ordered 36 wings, got 12; Ordered 10 Cinnabons, 4 had a little icing, the rest had none. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The service at this location is the only thing that’s good. Good, friendly delivery. However, the pizza is terrible and has been for years. The last pizza we ordered (2-weeks ago) was so dry, with no sauce or very little - we couldn’t see any and perhaps it absorbed. They remade the order, but made the wrong pizzas. Ordered pan pizza and it was so dry and tasteless was more like hand tossed.

This Pizza Hut is horrible not only do they only have the sauce towards the outside of the pizza they don’t cook the pizza enough and they use door dash instead of delivering their own pizza the dashers never speak English don’t order from here

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY $$ !!! Today it was a nightmare dealing with “BILLY”. My husband went to pick up our online order. My email said order was ready at 10:35 my husband arrived at 10:37am to pick up. Upon his arrival BILLY rudely stated someone else had already picked up my order. He offered to re make it and charged my husband $48.73. My husband paid without noticing cause he didn’t expect a such price increase, when my initial order total was $25.43. Then when I informed him the total was wrong he kept trying to over charge me saying my new total was going to be $30 something I told him I just wanted a refund and would go elsewhere. The worst part was that I used up some points for free things also now those are used and unavailable for me to use somewhere else. He definitely needs to be fired and replaced with honest caring people. Cause I see his name is already in other reviews here. before he makes this location shut down due to everything he is doing to us customers. How does someone arrive within two minutes to pick up my order and he gives it to them without confirming their order? Either way we don’t believe his story. I will be monitoring for that refund if not I will be contacting my bank to dispute.

The delivery drivers are door dash had a driver pick up.my order an ig they ran off with it because i.never got it then they told me to call doordash so I did an doordash claimed I never had a order an that I needed to.call the store

Manager was rude refused to help me with a problem she created. Hot wing sauce, not in a container in a cardboard box that leaked all over my car seats. Now I have to have my seats cleaned. This was the Acworth Georgia location.

My pizza I ordered last night was dry, hard, thin (I ordered hand tossed not thin crust) and looks old. I love Pizza Hut, however this was bad.

Ordered online...but when I got to the store, they claimed they had no order in my name.
That would've been understandable...except when I repeatedly showed the Manager my bank statement on my phone to prove they had already taken the money for my online order out of my account (which also CLEARLY contained the store # & address), he kept saying, "you must have the wrong store"....like I was just an idiot & me pointing out to him the store # & address didn't just happen SEVERAL times in a row.
I ultimately felt so insulted by their treatment that I said I'd just dispute the transaction with my bank & walked out, went down the street & got Papa Johns (which was a breeze to order & got the same exact food for cheaper).
I never would've thought I'd wake up & be insulted over some freakin pizza today...smh. Definitely will *not* be ordering Pizza Hut anymore after this.
