I'm outside their delivery area, so we order for pickup. The store that delivers to my area is HORRIBLE and I refuse to use them. This location is wonderful! Good management makes the difference! Orders are made and cooked accurately, and the staff always seem happy to help you, even when they're obviously busy.

Visited this location this morning and Timothy took my order. He patiently discussed with me as I made the large order because for some reason the site kicked my order out. After placing my order, he told me to give him 15 minutes and it'd be ready for 7 pizzas, and wings. I noticed he was also working alone. Apparently this man has it going on. I gave him 30 minutes because I had to run up to Emerson for something, and I picked the food up on the way back. It was ready and the food was perfect. Great taste, still hot like it came out of the oven, and the wings were spectacular. GREAT JOB Timothy. 5 Stars.

Order here often, always make our orders exactly how we asked. I messed up my pickup order, and stopped in and the manager was the best help. She was very kind, and did everything she could to correct my mistake. They def have a great employee- she even gave me some better ways to help with my husbands picky pizza order. :)

A tip was added to my credit card after pickup. I did not leave a tip. I ordered and picked up through the drive through. We eat here all the time. Better start checking up after them. Food is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good sometimes not.

I had a deeply uncomfortable experience during my recent visit, primarily due to the behavior of my server, Billy. Throughout my time there, his demeanor was inappropriate and unsettling. He made me feel as though I was being objectified, and at one point, he even made sexual comments that were completely uncalled for and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
When I attempted to address the situation, it was disappointing to see that both the management and staff appeared to dismiss my concerns, treating the matter as though it were insignificant. This level of disregard is unacceptable in any professional environment.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to return. I strongly urge the establishment to address this behavior seriously, as no customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment.

Ordered a large pizza, 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. Cheese was overcooked. Ordered 36 wings, got 12; Ordered 10 Cinnabons, 4 had a little icing, the rest had none. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The service at this location is the only thing that’s good. Good, friendly delivery. However, the pizza is terrible and has been for years. The last pizza we ordered (2-weeks ago) was so dry, with no sauce or very little - we couldn’t see any and perhaps it absorbed. They remade the order, but made the wrong pizzas. Ordered pan pizza and it was so dry and tasteless was more like hand tossed.

This Pizza Hut is horrible not only do they only have the sauce towards the outside of the pizza they don’t cook the pizza enough and they use door dash instead of delivering their own pizza the dashers never speak English don’t order from here

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY $$ !!! Today it was a nightmare dealing with “BILLY”. My husband went to pick up our online order. My email said order was ready at 10:35 my husband arrived at 10:37am to pick up. Upon his arrival BILLY rudely stated someone else had already picked up my order. He offered to re make it and charged my husband $48.73. My husband paid without noticing cause he didn’t expect a such price increase, when my initial order total was $25.43. Then when I informed him the total was wrong he kept trying to over charge me saying my new total was going to be $30 something I told him I just wanted a refund and would go elsewhere. The worst part was that I used up some points for free things also now those are used and unavailable for me to use somewhere else. He definitely needs to be fired and replaced with honest caring people. Cause I see his name is already in other reviews here. before he makes this location shut down due to everything he is doing to us customers. How does someone arrive within two minutes to pick up my order and he gives it to them without confirming their order? Either way we don’t believe his story. I will be monitoring for that refund if not I will be contacting my bank to dispute.
