Messed up my order. I had pepperoni and they gave me a cheese pizza. How do you mess up the most basic pizza order like that?

Tried to order on line, used twò different phones, could not...Tried downloading app...no luck...had to call, big mistake, they was a language barrier...simple order, pepperoni pizza only...the guy at the take out window was great very

We ordered from the P{izza HUt in Acworth, on Cobb Parkway/Hwy 41 near Cedarcrest Rd. our order was ready according to the app on my cell, my but we waited over 30 minutes in our car to get the cold food!!!Do NOT use this Pizza Hut, they care less!!!

There is a particular woman that works the night shift. She is terrible at customer service. Don’t go through the drive through to pickup your online or phone order. Go inside the store. She will forget about you and leave you sitting there. This happened on the night of 12/02/2023.
Pizza was ordered via the PH app.. the store used Doordash to deliver it. Pizza never came, couldn't get a refund since the pizza left store. Too much of a hassle spending 45 minutes on the phone with Door Dash and Pizza Hut Corporate to still not have a resolution or refund. I wouldn't order from here again....

I do door dash and this was my first time being in this store and manager accused me of multiple orders not being delivered and wouldn't let me pick up an order as I was on the ? be with the customer waiting... I will never do a pick up from this store ever

Ordered from here. The manager at store changed my address to omit the last part. When it was delivered to wrong address manager refused to make it right. I had to fight for a refund. I contacted corporate. Managers shouldn’t disrespect customers. Went from being great to never coming again.

Absolutely horrible. Pizza never showed up. After 2 hours of waiting, I called the store and was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes and would I like to cancel the order. Got Transfered to a store manager which was really a call center who said they had canceled it because they didn't have the pizza crust. No call. No email. Only Text link received to App still says they are preparing the order. Total complete lack of customer service. Just use the local pizza guys. Learned my lesson. Waiting to see if they charge my card. Acted like it had been canceled by them at the same time asking if I'd like to cancel my order.
