First off let me say that when we walked in, we were greeted & we placed our order. I forgot the ladies name that took our order. I feel really bad for forgetting her name. She was Amazing. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & it's options. She had a great personality. She took our order, brought our food to us, made sure that we had everything we needed & was happy. It was such a nice change. Every employee there was pretty great. Our food was hot & fresh, very tasty. The restaurant & restrooms were very clean. Even the trash can area was clean. The drink & condiment area was clean. Overall this experience with Popeyes was Amazing. I'm glad we stopped to take a break from our road trip. Will recommend this location.

Upon taking our order and the worker was very rude. Kept interrupting. After we got to the window and paid over $60 they told us to pull up to a parking spot because some of the food was going to take between 6 to 10 minutes to finish cooking we sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes and no one had came out. My husband went in to see what was going on and they still weren't ready.

This Popeyes location has been a nightmare since they opened a couple of years ago, I don’t know why they can’t get it together. There is many nearby fast food restaurants around that are great.

Walked across that busy highway to eat here. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter for the girl to take my order. (1 person in front of me). I order exactly what I always order at every Popeyes ive ever been to. They look at me like I have 3 heads because I ask them NOT to bread my chicken. I can't eat the breading or I would eat it. Popeyes elsewhere ALWAYS accolades me with no issues. Not here, refused, said the boss is watching on the cameras and he'd fire all of them. I said call and ask for permission to prepare it the way the customer request.
No, no, and no. 9pm on a Thursday night in November, one other customer in the place. And my request is actually easier than what the usually do.

Food was good but the service here sucks. How is that I have still have to wait for my food, even tho I placed the order online? My food should have been ready when I pulled up to the window. They had ample of time and my order wasn’t big. Got to the window and had to wait. The lady just handed me the food and didn’t talk or confirm my order. The folks that work here, this is just a JOB. They don’t care about the service cause at the end of the day they still gone get paid. Fire everyone and hire folks who care about customer service and speed. I get this job doesn’t pay the best, however that should not determine your attitude. They should be happy cause they have a job.

I waited 20 minutes for 2 cars before me. Then paid 15 bucks for something I wanted, then another 10 minutes goes by and a random person not wearing uniform hands me a bag. Cool. I drive off and it's the wrong food and not 15 worth maybe 5 bucks worth. Very unsatisfied

I picked up lunch on Friday 9/12. Ordered blackened chicken tenders and red beans and rice. Had to park to wait for food. And I don’t mind that at all, because my meal was fantastic. Even had co-workers come up to my desk & ask me what I had because it smelled so good. Everything was fresh and seasoned to perfection. I’d post a picture but it’s just an empty box.

I want to say that I've had nothing but excellent chicken and service from this Popeyes on Baker Rd!! People take time to say mean things but I like to recognize when people are doing it right.The young people that have taken my orders have been hard working as well as polite.I love that chicken from Popeyes...TY sincerely
