Service is slow, gruff and disorganized. Have to ask multiple times for basic items (silverware, napkins etc) due to both language barrier and inattentiveness. Food is just ok but the poor service ruins the experience.

We tried this place for the first time Friday night. We figured why not since the Parkin lot is always full. Big mistake!!!! The food was mediocre at best. The service wasn’t horrible but definitely not very attentive. I had the carnitas and my dinner partner had the chimichanga. Both were dry and had very little flavor. What a disappointment. We won’t be back.

Rico's has been around for quite some time in Acworth. They made it through the world wide bug.. that is awesome. Their food is well priced, the portions are definitely very large. My only feedback would be there are times that they miss a good portion of their online orders. In fact, a few times they have been just wrong. I did call and the staff was apologetic. They do take a lot of orders... great job Rico's!
