I've tried be patient with this particular location on Baker RD, but today finally motivated me to publicly express my frustration. I solely went to this location for the purpose of slushes for the family, only to be told upon arrival that the slush machine was "down." It would be nice to be compensated for wasted time traveling to this establishment. It took us 30 mins to get our food and then my burger wasn't even in there and then 20 minutes later we finally got our drinks and they were wrong! Worst sonic I've ever been to!!

I submitted an online order for pickup, payed with my debit and headed over to this sonic location to pick it up. When I arrived I was rudely told that my order was cancelled and that I would receive a refund in 10 days. I NEVER received the refund on a $33 dollar order. So they never cancelled my order!!!! They just decided not to make it or return my money. I was a regular here, but I’m done with this location.
