I have been a customer of Starbucks for over 20 years. However, the BEST experience was at this location. I was there a week ago and was accidently given the wrong cup of coffee when I realized it I didnt have time to go back. So when I returned this week the Barista remember me and said we gave you the wrong cup last week...I was blown away. The Barista is Tasha. She is absolutely amazing and has the best customer service and is always professional. She offered me a free cup because of the previous error. I will continue to go this Starbucks...its my Cheers.

We were there to get a couple coffee’s. A young black man with lots of earrings was just bickering with a fellow employee. About he is not going to do it that way if it is not outlined by the health code. They carried on just back and forth back and forth. Poor Amanda at register taking orders looks annoyed or pissed could not tell. The whole experience was just a downer experience. I will go up the road to the other Starbucks where the employees are a 100% pleasant.

I am a very upset with this store ! I really dont understand how this store can lie to a customer and give a different type of coffee than what was ordered! I stepped in at 8:30 pm and requested a pike coffee . Store is supposed to close at 9:30 pm . I was given an americano instead of a pike ! Excuse me !!! How come ? The Barista , when I demanded an explanation indicated me that they had already cleaned the machine - I said to her how can this be happeninh being an hour away from closing. She said that they have many cleaning taskd ! Why do they give/ change a customer their order without saying anything ! This is lack of respect and a total joke ! This makes the Company look bad ! I have been a customer for over 15 years and this issue needs to be addressed by the Store Manager asap and Corporate … I call this a shame and a total disrespect to the Company and to the consumers ! I am happy I could not be tricked ! Be careful when placing an order mainly past 8 pm . Please train your staff properly.

My husband and I went in for a café vanilla frap, we are from Florida and we were told that they make them different now. The person who helped us told me thats not true and I trusted that he knew what he was talking about. He absolutely did! It's the best one I've had in about two years. They we friendly and fast. Definitely stop by this location.

This Starbucks is always so lovely to go to. I have never had any issues with my orders. They are quick and efficient. The service is amazing . They always put a smile on my face even when I am having a bad day . (By the way , I have been going atleast 3 times a week for the past 6 months and there are no issues ) :-)

Hit or miss with this location. I always get a venti iced matcha latte with 5 vanilla and lavender cold foam. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes they haven’t even properly mixed in the matcha and it’s in lumps like this- tastes really gross when you sip up those lumps. Can’t ask them to remake it when it takes them so long, already. Maybe they’re short staffed, here? At least the staff is friendly.
