I went in on my lunch break and it was busy and there was only one girl. I think her name was hope. She was so nice and kept the line moving and was really quick. I get the same thing every time I go there and it has never been done so nice and tasted so good!!

Service is okay. They had a trainee. Forgot to ask what size frappè I wanted, and I forgot to specify. Nothing kills the quality of the coffee though!?

I am not a coffee drinker. But once a year i get a Vanilla steamer when I Christmas shop. My husband went in yesterday to get me one. I never drink it right away because it is always to hot. After we left we hit a bump and it frothed up so i licked it. It was coffee. Not only was it coffee but it was super strong coffee .My husband told me he had sure that the girl was told several times. "This is for my wife she does not like coffee" we were almost home so I just went home. It makes me sad that a simple drink got messed up.
