Probably the best Steak and Shake I've ever eaten in. A 100 health inspection was proudly displayed when you go in. Ordered through their kiosk and our food was promptly ready. The burgers, fries and shakes were great and exactly as ordered. Outstanding.

Usually I go through the drive through and if I don't go to one that has higher traffic I don't have to wait long. If you go inside and there are a lot of people plan on it taking a little bit longer than expected but the trade off is that the food will be fresh and hot. Big selection of shakes. And if you don't see what you want make one out of the ingredients they have.

Just lost a customer. The food used to be good, and that’s why we kept coming here. Today was an embarrassment of a hamburger, the patty was so thin you could practically see through it. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger and even with two patties you could still see right through them. Like my husband said, the patty was thinner than the bill he paid for.
We came in starving and left still hungry. Horrible. What a scam.
It’s no surprise the place is always empty. At this rate, it’ll be closing soon, because I’m sure plenty of customers have had the same disappointing experience.

First time at this location and will definitely be my last. The amount of salt that was on my burger was outrageous. I took one bite and had the throw it away. Very disappointed with this location.

Food and milkshakes were great. Unfortunately I will leave a one star review for any kiosk that asks me for a tip. I am literally doing more than I used to do (no one here will take your order) and you have the audacity to ask me to supplement your employees wages. How about you pay them more? Tip culture must go.

The people her ALL need to be retrained or let go!! They are more concerned with hiding in the back of the store vs. making orders. Steak and shake head quarters needs to get involved. Acworth can do much better.
I’ve been to this location a few times recently, and each time the staff is horribly rude. It’s as if I’m bothering them by making purchases. The food is good, the service needs significant improvement.

Wife stayed 20 Min waiting to just order and there was no car in front of her. Nobody talking or anything .This is the opposite of fast food.Place is terrible when it comes to service.

If you are vegetarian, I don't recommend that you eat here period. The person who works the grill doesn't change they're gloves between stations. Major cross contamination!

Gave bag without complete order. Asked that we pull up and someone would bring out. Waited 10 minutes, went in and bag was sitting on counter. Got back and found that neither burger is what we ordered, but at least the chicken fingers were ok for the kids.

It took 17 minutes to get 2 Milkshakes. Their excuse was the drive thru was busy, it was not. They prioritized the drive thru over the front dining room. The customer service sucks bad also.
