If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Employee gives an excuse in the front to not use buy 1 get 1 promo. The are the only one in the store. They cancel the online orders because they don't want to fulfill them. People like this need to get fired. There are plenty of people who want and need a job, and do the job that is given to them (especially with the current job market). Employee gave me excuse and attitude in the store.

This is a horrible subway..I ask if they take coupons she replies “it depends on what coupon “ like why does it matter you either take them or you don’t…then I show her the coupon she says yes she takes them then tells me it depends on the sandwich..smh ruined my already bad day..won’t be back ever

horrible customer service, the indian lady was so rude and she saw my coupon in my hand and when we got to the register she told me they don’t take coupons and told me that she had already made my sandwich so i had to pay. left without paying and won’t be back.

Worst subway most of the ones inside Walmart are Indian owned and they scam you. They don’t take coupons or anything. my sandwich was $11.29 after tax I gave her a $20 she only gave me $6 back shorted me money. I wouldn’t recommend this subway at all because they will scam you.

I came in store with my 19 month old son and placed an online order for two footlongs using the BOGO deal. The worker seen me placing it and watched me put it in as she was taking other customers orders. Without saying anything i got a notification that she had just cancelled my order and thats all. I walked over and said something and she tried to give me an excuse of she couldn't take orders but i watched her ring up and make 3 Caucasian peoples orders. I explained to her that that was my last $10 and my son no longer has anything to eat. The subway app is saying that my money won't be returned for a week and that was our dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow. She did not care. She acted as if she did not care and I left. I am not sure what me and my son will eat tonight but i am 7 months pregnant and if this is the way subway conducts business this is HORRIBLE.

I placed an online order and NEITHER sandwhich was right. Nor were the even toasted. They were poorly thrown together and the bacon on my sandwich was raw. I'm pregnant I can't be eating uncooked meat muchless raw bacon. This is absolutely disgusting. The bread was wrong. They weren't cooked, the toppings were wrong and over all was in edible. Paid almost 30$ for this! Who serves their customers RAW meat. I'm thoroughly pissed. We asked for toasted sandwiches for a specific reason. There was not a single care with out order they just threw it all together.
