My last experience here was a week or so ago and wasn't good either. Despite that, I tried again today. Everything was fine until the very end when I put a 5 dollar bill in the tip jar. There were two females in there and the other happened to be in the back when my order was taken/fulfilled/paid for. The one who waited on me wasted no time taking the 5 out of the tip jar and pocketing it before I even had the chance to walk away. There were a couple more dollar bills in there and a handful of change as well.
As someone who has worked in places where tips are split, the dynamic is understood. There could be an agreement that either worker could keep tips from the customers waited on alone. In that case, I'd understand the immediate removal, but it came off like she wanted to get it before the other female came back up front and saw it...an air of impropriety and desperation.
I won't be back to this location.

Yeah this place is just nasty. The food they try and serve you is repulsive. Everything was spoiled and I said something to the girl serving and she didn’t care at all.

The inside was very well kept, and the food preparer was very attentive. The salad bowl was delicious and very reasonable, and the employee was very friendly to my son as well.

Great place to go with your son if you want to share an awesome meal time!

I ordered an outlaw which has double the near and they gave me just regular amount of meat which when I opened it up after getting back to work it had less than a taco from taco bell worth of meat in it.
I've been to different locations and friends with a manager at another location and told her about it and she said that sounded and looked awful that they use less than average amount of food to cut back.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but... this still seems like a smaller portion than the other locations so🤷🏼‍♀️ great people tho

Find here is good. The prep line seemed to rush us. My sister and I came in to order lunch - my vision was impaired and she was helping me order. The young lady seemed annoyed. She did not even let us girlish before going to the customer behind us. I had to tell her that we both are ordering. That seemed to irritate her more. Some of the items I wanted (olives, a particular cheese, etc.) this location did not have. Checking out was also a headache as the cashier also seemed to be rushing us. The customer behind us was a jerk as he could see I had a cane and getting help, but chose to hufff loudly and almost knocked me out of the way (entitled jerk); but we're all at Subway, really? This was not a positive experience at all. My thing is, my sister and I were polite and respectful throughout the negative experience. We deserve the same. She did want to go back and say something, I think this way is most effective. If folks don't like their job,
leave and find something where you don't have to interact with people.

Excellent service! These two guys working were extremely patient with us, who have limited subway ordering experience. They explained the options clearly and created a genuine connection. I do not feel like I was talking to a robot like usual. Keep up the good work!

It's the nicest subway in town. Not just because it's good, but the people that work here are out of this world nice. On the several occasions I've gone, there is a young African American girl who goes an extra mile plus in order to make sure everything is perfect (from food to service, A to Z). I come to this subway with the hopes that she's here / still here because she knows how to brighten someone's day. It's a rare experience and this location needs to be very grateful they have her at this site.

I ordered online. Honestly whenever I get it I except it to be either soggy (I get almost every ingredient) and or missing ingredients I wanted on there . NOT THIS ONE everything was so fresh and delicious, not soggy, and they even called to tell me they have no pickles and the only have 1 or the bread I wanted.. I WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FROM HERE AND AND EVEN GOING TO THE ACTUAL STORE??. Amazing job !!
