The guy server is the worst server I ever had in a subway ver arrogant and rude if there was and option for negative rating it would be -100

Friendliest staff of any subway I've ever been to. The stayed understanding when we were indecisive cause we've been on the road all day. Clean restaurant and clean restrooms.

Robert was very rude to an special needs young lady, That young lady and I been going there over 6 years and never had any problems until the day.

Find here is good. The prep line seemed to rush us. My sister and I came in to order lunch - my vision was impaired and she was helping me order. The young lady seemed annoyed. She did not even let us girlish before going to the customer behind us. I had to tell her that we both are ordering. That seemed to irritate her more. Some of the items I wanted (olives, a particular cheese, etc.) this location did not have. Checking out was also a headache as the cashier also seemed to be rushing us. The customer behind us was a jerk as he could see I had a cane and getting help, but chose to hufff loudly and almost knocked me out of the way (entitled jerk); but we're all at Subway, really? This was not a positive experience at all. My thing is, my sister and I were polite and respectful throughout the negative experience. We deserve the same. She did want to go back and say something, I think this way is most effective. If folks don't like their job,
leave and find something where you don't have to interact with people.

Excellent service! These two guys working were extremely patient with us, who have limited subway ordering experience. They explained the options clearly and created a genuine connection. I do not feel like I was talking to a robot like usual. Keep up the good work!

It's the nicest subway in town. Not just because it's good, but the people that work here are out of this world nice. On the several occasions I've gone, there is a young African American girl who goes an extra mile plus in order to make sure everything is perfect (from food to service, A to Z). I come to this subway with the hopes that she's here / still here because she knows how to brighten someone's day. It's a rare experience and this location needs to be very grateful they have her at this site.

I ordered online. Honestly whenever I get it I except it to be either soggy (I get almost every ingredient) and or missing ingredients I wanted on there . NOT THIS ONE everything was so fresh and delicious, not soggy, and they even called to tell me they have no pickles and the only have 1 or the bread I wanted.. I WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FROM HERE AND AND EVEN GOING TO THE ACTUAL STORE??. Amazing job !!

Just had the most professional and sweet young lady come to bring my order curbside. I didn’t catch her name but she did bring me 2 back-to-back orders that I placed online for my picky eating kids. She was so nice and thanked me for coming, told me to have a good night and was just smiling from ear to ear and it really made my night. This is what true customer service entails! This is who you need running the show. No attitude, not disheveled, clean uniform, enthusiastic, thanking the customer for their business, and welcoming my family and I to come again. She hit every single one of the behaviors of what it takes to be successful. It was truly an honor to have met this young lady. Just beaming from ear to ear and eager to show how much she loves her job.

Used their curbside service today. I don't get around real well since my stroke. Ordered on the app, drove to store, and only waited a minute or two before an employee brought order to my car. Sandwich was amazing, one of the best Philly Subs I have ever had. I will be ordering again.

I don't want to come across the wrong way, but in that area surrounding this particular store I have had a lot of bad experiences. That being said, I was a little nervous when my wife placed a rather large online order, especially since it was so close to their closing time. I will admit I was absolutely blown away by how friendly the closing staff was. The food was also perfect! I would definitely recommend this location.
