We placed an order at this store and they refused to honor the discounts they advertise- said my order did not process, so I was going to reorder and they said their system was not working well. I requested to order in the store and was told they would not honor their advertised discounts. Poor customer service imo

i agree with the other complainers of this location.
This is why subway is loosing business because we went to this PARTICIPATING location for the happy gilmore stuff, and paid EXTRA for the cups. and after not receiving them and having to go up and ask for them, she looked like she’s never heard of it and said “we don’t have them. you can have chips instead” . we bought the meal SPECIFICALLY because you can only get the happy gilmore stuff WITH A MEAL, and so we already have chip because subway offers no other side options than a cookie.
I haven’t gone to this subway because they always disappoint - now you’ll REALLY never see me at this location or any other subway. firehouse wins (and they’re cheaper) .
If you’re not a participating store - don’t put it on the app.
Also they had NO drink selections avaialble other than pepsi. no hubert’s lemonade, no tea, no dr p, no nothing.
I am completely dissatisfied with my meal - and i paid like $30 for chips & mushed sandwiches.
CEO HAS TO FIX THIS STORE AND MANY MORE PLS.

I don't know why I bother giving this location any extra chances. The lettuce and other toppings are always wilted and in need of throwing out and replacing. It is run very cheaply. Employees are always short and rude. I usually end up throwing away more than I eat.

The girl serving here was on the phone talking the entire time I was trying to order, when I tried to speak to her she would mumble and I couldn’t understand anything she was saying to me. I don’t know where management is but this is not good service!

lady behind the counter was in crazy rush, when there were no customers. she made me wait 5 minutes in the beginning as well. she was in such a rush that she didn’t even cut my sandwiches in proper half, sauce all over the sandwich, improper portions, her sweater was touching all over the sandwich, wasn’t clean at all.

The woman behind the counter told me my kids meal didn’t come with apple juice or apple sauce because they “don’t do combos anymore”. She seemed very irritated and was not very welcoming. I will not return to this location. Upcharged me for avocado and gave me barely any and it was a paste and not fresh.

Subway keeps sending me coupons but none of the locations near me will accept them...It's aggrevating.

Vegetarian options: They got veggies.

Dietary restrictions: You can get what you want. But, the bread is loaded with sugar...just fyi.

Parking: It's inside a Walmat, you you have acres of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's inside a Walmart, so you can get on one of those automated scooter things. It's sweet.

The lone woman behind the counter was very rude and short with me. And won't accept coupons. She said she's not Part of corporate Subway and runs things differently. And also they close extremely early and will lock the door in your face.

Cheap, rude lady running this subway. They say they won’t accept any promotions (just because they are cheap and didn’t want to). Never coming back here. Go to the one on Baker road in Acworth. People there have better customer service.
