Wouldn’t honor coupon. Told me I should order the daily deal that is $.50 more. Every penny matters in today’s economy. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the WORST Subway I have ever been too. We swore the first time we came to this location, we would not return. Gave it one more chance and the experience was just as bad as the first. Did you want a meatball sub from a place that sells meatball subs? Sorry, not today. She didn’t feel like heating up the meatballs. Did you want sweet or unsweetened tea? Too bad, she didn’t feel like making tea. Water cups? Out of the question. A smile? Don’t be ridiculous. This girl just talks on her phone the entire time she is there, and treats you like an inconvenience. Seriously awful.

I stopped at this Subway for a quick lunch break. I got the meatball marinara. The service was friendly and efficient, and my sandwich tasted fresh. Everything was prepared neatly, and the overall atmosphere was nice for a quick meal.

My boyfriend went in to get my sandwich and came home saying the worker was extremely rude to him, I have NEVER wrote a bad review but this experience is absurd. He asked if it would cost extra for more meat and the worker didn’t respond, added one extra slice, and then charged 4 dollars for extra meat. I went back in to try and just get the money back on it and she was not budging. Please find some better employees. I couldn’t understand what she said her name was but it started with a P.

We placed an order at this store and they refused to honor the discounts they advertise- said my order did not process, so I was going to reorder and they said their system was not working well. I requested to order in the store and was told they would not honor their advertised discounts. Poor customer service imo

i agree with the other complainers of this location.
This is why subway is loosing business because we went to this PARTICIPATING location for the happy gilmore stuff, and paid EXTRA for the cups. and after not receiving them and having to go up and ask for them, she looked like she’s never heard of it and said “we don’t have them. you can have chips instead” . we bought the meal SPECIFICALLY because you can only get the happy gilmore stuff WITH A MEAL, and so we already have chip because subway offers no other side options than a cookie.
I haven’t gone to this subway because they always disappoint - now you’ll REALLY never see me at this location or any other subway. firehouse wins (and they’re cheaper) .
If you’re not a participating store - don’t put it on the app.
Also they had NO drink selections avaialble other than pepsi. no hubert’s lemonade, no tea, no dr p, no nothing.
I am completely dissatisfied with my meal - and i paid like $30 for chips & mushed sandwiches.
CEO HAS TO FIX THIS STORE AND MANY MORE PLS.

I don't know why I bother giving this location any extra chances. The lettuce and other toppings are always wilted and in need of throwing out and replacing. It is run very cheaply. Employees are always short and rude. I usually end up throwing away more than I eat.

The girl serving here was on the phone talking the entire time I was trying to order, when I tried to speak to her she would mumble and I couldn’t understand anything she was saying to me. I don’t know where management is but this is not good service!
