Shout out to Kelcie and Jeremy for excellent service! My school is trying to have regular orders for the kids and Jeremy was so friendly, helpful, and transparent about what they (and we) could do for our catering orders. When I placed my order with Kelcie, she not only took the time to make sure it was correct but she also went above and beyond making sure the timing was right and even wrote the kids names on each box.
We are all grateful for the time, energy, and communication they both put into making this happen. Thank you so much and we look forward to ordering with Y'all again!

I had an employee named Ashley serve me. She had horrible attitude and when i asked her to add a little more of something she would take it in as almost offensive. Seemed extremely disrespectful knowing it’s your job to make an order. She was harsh on other employees too, to the point I felt bad. Those other workers deserve a raise with her attitude she was giving off. I had a horrible experience and rather go get pizza next door.

Ordered a foot long tuna combo for delivery. My chips and my drink were missing. The sandwich did not have cheese on it. Was supposed to have American cheese. Added mayo to my sandwich but instead of mayo on the bread they Added mayo as a topping and they Added way too much. The sandwich was not cut. I requested a refund for the chips and drink through Uber eats.

They gave us stale Italian, Herb and Cheese bread tonight (12/29/24). Also out of many ingredients -banana peppers, Jalapeno chips, Salt and Vinegar chips.

I recently visited Subway for a quick lunch, and the experience was a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting me with warm smiles and making the entire ordering process fun. As I placed my usual sandwich order, one of the workers jokingly suggested I try a foot-long churro, which I initially thought was a joke. But to my delight, it was actually on the menu! The churro itself was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness—definitely a unique and indulgent treat. The workers kept the atmosphere light and humorous, cracking jokes and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. It felt less like a typical fast food stop and more like a visit to a local hangout spot. The sandwich, as always, was fresh and delicious, but that churro really stole the show. Their positive energy made the whole experience memorable, turning a simple lunch into something enjoyable. Overall, it’s clear that the team at this Subway knows how to combine great food with even better service.
