They gave us stale Italian, Herb and Cheese bread tonight (12/29/24). Also out of many ingredients -banana peppers, Jalapeno chips, Salt and Vinegar chips.

I recently visited Subway for a quick lunch, and the experience was a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting me with warm smiles and making the entire ordering process fun. As I placed my usual sandwich order, one of the workers jokingly suggested I try a foot-long churro, which I initially thought was a joke. But to my delight, it was actually on the menu! The churro itself was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness—definitely a unique and indulgent treat. The workers kept the atmosphere light and humorous, cracking jokes and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. It felt less like a typical fast food stop and more like a visit to a local hangout spot. The sandwich, as always, was fresh and delicious, but that churro really stole the show. Their positive energy made the whole experience memorable, turning a simple lunch into something enjoyable. Overall, it’s clear that the team at this Subway knows how to combine great food with even better service.

I just ordered 2 sandwiches on the App, I arrived on time to pick up and one of them was very bad! The stale bread, without any of the sauces I ordered, did not have extra bacon for which I paid $2 more, just a few spinach leaves, 3 strips of onion and 2 wheels of tomato, few olives! A sandwich disaster. And the second one was completely cold and the bread was hard! I demand my money back, this meal was a complete waste of time and money.

Left half of my order out, when I called the male employee said "yeah whatever, come and get it" then hung up on me. Pathetic customer service from the female employee as well.

Staff member seemed to have a seizure while making sandwich. Lots of out of control screaming and jumping. Possibly haunted subway. Nice neon sign. Moldy chicken. Man stuck in bathroom for 2 hours. Toilet clogged

I did get a tuna sub, which already by itself is messy. Thankfully, I eat in my car every day for lunch and happen to have a knife. It still was a disaster and a disappointment.

Get rid of Nick!!! His attitude sucked from the beginning. Wasn’t ask if I needed my sandwich toasted. Ask for small amount of ingredients. Drop large amounts of everything.I’m sure he heard me. I was very clear. When it came time to pay. I was overcharged. I explained to him that he double charged me. He stated it didn’t go through the first time. I showed him my account where it did. He stated even if it did there is nothing else I can do. Just ignorant about the situation. NO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. NICK NEEDS TO BE IN CONSTRUCTION NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Since Subways are franchised there are good Subways and bad subways. This is a GREAT Subway. The ingredients are fresh and they make the sandwiches exactly how I request them through the app. EVERY TIME. The one near my work in Marietta SUCKS. I’m thankful to live near this one. Thanks guys.

I don't normally post reviews unless I have an experience extremely well worth the documentation. Easily the cleanest and neatly organized subway I have ever been to. Friendliest staff that actually look like they want to be there.

Ordered dinner tonight from Subway. Homebound with covid so needed delivery. Ordered 4 foot long subs so kids would have lunch again tomorrow. When the order arrived none of the subs were toasted as requested/ordered and one sandwich was missing. I called Subway and the guy that answered said they had overlooked that sandwich. I asked for a refund and was told even though it was their mistake forgetting to make one sandwich because it was delivered using doordash they cannot refund back to my card or take any responsibility. I do have the option of going in tonight and getting the sandwich but with covid I don’t feel that’s a viable option or let’s be honest, I wouldn’t have paid $56 for 4 sandwiches to begin with to get them delivered. Very disappointed and won’t make this mistake again.

Great Service. Easy Process! I always order through the Subway app. I pull up to the restaurant and click on "Im Here" in the app. Within seconds someone is coming to the curb and delivering my food. Food is always made correctly, and every employee shows great customer service.

Ordered online using the app. Had the buy one get one coupon. Requested extra crispy bacon and paid for extra cheese. There was two wads of raw bacon and zero cheese. When I called to request my sandwich be remade the girl wanted to argue with me and inform me how she made the sandwich. When I asked for the manager, she stated she helped her make it. Never will return.
