I don't normally post reviews unless I have an experience extremely well worth the documentation. Easily the cleanest and neatly organized subway I have ever been to. Friendliest staff that actually look like they want to be there.

Ordered dinner tonight from Subway. Homebound with covid so needed delivery. Ordered 4 foot long subs so kids would have lunch again tomorrow. When the order arrived none of the subs were toasted as requested/ordered and one sandwich was missing. I called Subway and the guy that answered said they had overlooked that sandwich. I asked for a refund and was told even though it was their mistake forgetting to make one sandwich because it was delivered using doordash they cannot refund back to my card or take any responsibility. I do have the option of going in tonight and getting the sandwich but with covid I don’t feel that’s a viable option or let’s be honest, I wouldn’t have paid $56 for 4 sandwiches to begin with to get them delivered. Very disappointed and won’t make this mistake again.

Great Service. Easy Process! I always order through the Subway app. I pull up to the restaurant and click on "Im Here" in the app. Within seconds someone is coming to the curb and delivering my food. Food is always made correctly, and every employee shows great customer service.

Ordered online using the app. Had the buy one get one coupon. Requested extra crispy bacon and paid for extra cheese. There was two wads of raw bacon and zero cheese. When I called to request my sandwich be remade the girl wanted to argue with me and inform me how she made the sandwich. When I asked for the manager, she stated she helped her make it. Never will return.

The young lady at the cash register could not hide herself laughing at the young man who brought my food to my car because she knew that he was LYING to my face about why I had to sit in front of the store for 15 minutes after my promised order ready time. The owner of this store needs to train his staff to be prompt and professional. There are plenty of other Subways that I can go to.

Great Subway. They have good employees that do a great job. They also take the Subway coupons. The one on hwy 41 and powder springs does not.

I go out of my way to get to this Subway location. Always personable, friendly employees. Polite and efficient managers on duty as well. Every time i visit our food is always fresh and made beautifully. My fave employee (forgive me for not remembering her name) has lavender tips on her hair. She is a doll. So helpful and does her job well.Dietary restrictions: You can get fresh veggies for salads and a full portion of proteins here if watching calories, carbs, fats, their options are endless.

5 stars all the way. My favorite subway! Came in earlier and loved the 2 workers. It was a guy with curly hair and a girl with pink hair (I have a crush on her now). Had great convos with them

No acknowledgement from staff the entire time I was there to pick up an online order. They were too busy chatting at a table towards the back. Every sandwich I ordered had meats missing. For instance, cold cut only had bologna, spicy Italian only had Salami. This has happened before. Time to find another location.

Since this place has the best reviews I decided to drive further away and I was not disappointed.We arrived 10minutes before they close and were greeted with a smile.The young lady, Colleen, was very helpful and professional.The inside was super clean and the food was fresh even at 9pm. Very happy custumers!

I'd give them o stars if I could. Stood in line for 15 minutes, with only one person in front of me. Was never greeted, just standing there. Then some girl with an attitude comes out from the back, and I clearly told her what I wanted (3 different subs) she starts making the wrong subs not once but twice, this mess also took 15 minutes. 30 minutes for 3 subs? F-
