Went there to get one Cantina Taco and this is what I got served wow unbelievable won't be going back here no more if I could have gave a zero star that's what they would have got

Sunday evening, Easter weekend and drive thru. The food was good, the lady at the counter was very polite in taking our order and getting everything right and quick.
If you want lazy over paid meth heads making no screwing up you food then stop and I guarantee you’ll regret it!

20 minute wait on my mobile carry-out order. When I asked about my food I found out that it had been sitting at the drive thru station for an unknown amount of time. Went to fill my drink and every single option was running clear. Cashier said they are completely out of every soda in the dining room and drive thru. By the time I got back to the office to eat my food, it had started to cool off and the tortillas were falling apart from sitting longer than they should have (my office is only a 5 minute drive from this location).I also noticed signs posted about them being out of sour cream for the day. Did somebody miss an order, was the shipment late? What happened here?In conclusion:>20 minute wait>was served food that sat in the wrong station for likely 10+ minutes>food was no longer hot and my burrito/taco were falling apart>no drink options and no alternative offered>it seemed like other items were out of stock too

Absolutely the worst, couldn't order through the drive through awhile back, so went inside, HAD to order through the KIOSK, so I ordered, had to wait 15 -20 minutes for my order, then I was told they didn't have any Nacho fries, which was part of the meal I ordered. Now I gotta figure out a substitute item. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT !

So me and my son were going to Taco Bell to get some food we ordered a number 2 and a number 5 and we got our food and drinks we got back to the house and we got NOTHING that we ordered except the drinks so my experience going here is absolutely trash and we went here before and we asked for fire sauce and the employee said they don’t sell them anymore and we go back 3 days later and they have them so ye this Taco Bell is absolutely not it.
