Worse place to go on a Friday or Saturday night. We waited 30 mins in the parking lot with 3 other cars while watching others pull off with food. The the food was a luke warm mess in the bag.... I miss what taco bell use to be....

We ordered dine-in at around 4:05 mom on January 4th. The girl that took our order was very sweet and kind. My husband noticed that we were missing a couple of hard tacos and he thought that we were missing a chalupa. My husband approached the front counter to tell them what we were missing. Alex was very rude, walked all the way back to our table to point out that we weren’t missing the chalupa- which is fine, that was our mistake, but he did not ensure we had all of our tacos. After that interaction we did not feel at liberty to say that we were still missing a couple of tacos, so I took it upon myself to just order a couple of more. I approached the counter with no line and at least 5 employees standing around, bantering, (curse words included in their conversations). Alex was counting the drawer down, as it was shift change. There was no acknowledgment of my presence for several minutes. They continued to talk and banter amongst themselves as I stood there not being acknowledged. Alex eventually oooked up at me and said “Yes?” I replied that I needed to order. He said, “Well, we’re in the middle of a shift change.” I just walked away. Alex was so disrespectful in both instances. I couldn’t believe that he wouldn’t even acknowledge me while standing there. Alex, next time you’re in the middle of a shift change- you say to the waiting customer upon there arrival- “I’m sorry, ma’am it’ll be just a moment. We will be right with you- I am helping JR get logged in here.” Alex, kindness goes a long way.

Literally the only way to get service here is to go through the drive through where the employees can’t ignore you. I went in on a day when there was little business and nobody would acknowledge I was even in line. And by “in line” I mean standing at the register.

Since when do you not give napkins with a messy meal? Taco Bell has gone way down in customer service. My dog could give better service than the people you hire! The food was crappy as well! Very disappointed spending my hard earned money here! Would prefer McDonald's to Taco Bell from now on. Tried to complain about it...discovered there really is no way to do that nowadays! Wow...just WOW!

This location is around the corner from house, go forward, I will go out of my way to a different location. Over the last year, any time i have visited this location, my order is always incomplete or just wrong. If I order an 8 piece bucket of chicken, I might get 6. If I order two tacos I get one. If I order fries I get coleslaw.

Worst place on planet earth. Slow, rude employees. So called “fast” food makes you wait 10-15 minutes everytime. I hope they go bankrupted soon.

This one is close to our house so we decided to go here. They were out of steak, hot sauce, Starry and Baja Blast. This is insane to me but what’s worse is the attitude about it. “I don’t have that” at the point of out of hot sauce I was annoyed and said this is ridiculous. And they just responded with “it happens sometimes” I’m sorry what?! We just got home and my Mexican pizza was at the bottom of the bag and completely crushed.

First time eating Taco Bell, went through drive-thru. Ordered a Veggie Cantina Bowl. Since I had never been there I wanted clarification of what it all came with. The dude paused for a while, I said “hello” and then he said “oh uh we don’t have any bowls” Wait what!? I have a hard time believing that, I feel like the dude just didn’t know the answer haha! Anyway, going somewhere else to eat now I guess- somewhere that has bowls to serve customers hahaha

They NEVER have the full menu items. Orders are NEVER correct. I AM OVER THIS LOCATION. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES. BETTER YET, JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION.

Ordered through Uber Eats and didn't see that it was from this location until it was too late. I know this location is awful and haven't gone in over 10 years (10+ years ago the KFC side gave my brother a moldy bun). I should have cancelled the order but thought maybe this one time they won't mess up. Nope. Got a message from the driver saying they are out of pinto beans so they have to replace the beans in my burritos with black beans. Not awesome, but whatever. I just wanted bean and cheese burritos, no red sauce, no onions. When my burritos get here, they have black beans, onions and red sauce. Literally the only thing that was right when referencing my original order was the tortilla. They have 10+ years experience of being awful. Do not know how they are still open.
Geez Taco Bell. Please get it together. 30 minutes in drive through and counting. Then brings me someone else’s food. Now waiting longer. It’s not even busy.

One male restroom. It is very dirty, no toilet paper, and no paper towels. Also, neither the toilet nor urinal has been flushed or cleaned.
