THE WORST LOCATION! Rude workers. They answer the phone and hang up or don’t answer at all. How is this location still open? Whole order was wrong but they could care less. So annoyed

If I could leave a zero Stars I would. I tried reaching out to this Taco Bell location in regards to this issue that we had and to No Surprise they did not answer. We just ordered a doordash through them and out of a $56 order half of that order is wrong. The receipt that is with the order shows exactly what we ordered and somehow they still managed to get 50% of the order wrong.

Every time I go there they can’t even get the order correct. Chicken tenders are not three legs. No utensils not napkins and spent $30 and of course no one answered the phone

Man I'll try to give you all the benefit of the doubt every damn time because I love the store manager she is absolutely the best thing and only thing that's good at the store. But what the hell long lines cold food just disgusting I see why everybody goes the Wade Green and ways and hellacious long lines your food is disgusting your people don't give a damn I don't need 20 packets of hot sauce. I want warm hot food that's made fresh. What in the heck is going on there why is the food so hot. Does shells look like they were in Vietnam. The shells are decapitated. Why the hell is a bean burrito almost $5 the service took so long two people got out of the line and we're not even talking about the way green exit where people will wait for 30 minutes for a line because they are perfect their food is perfect it's nostalgic we love it we will pay the money but not at this location

I went through the drive thru around 10:15 pm I ordered 4 of the same meal and a 12 piece nugget. The guy that handed me my food basically was a walking zombie, no smile, no response when I said thank you. Then I get home and find they forgot my nuggets. I tried calling and at first it was busy, so I waited and tried again. I'm not kidding when I say I let it ring for 8 minutes straight and no answer. I even tried one more time 10 minutes later for 3 minutes, still no answer. Horrible service and they still owe me for my nuggets.

Never going to this Taco Bell or KFC again. Went around 9:30 after a work shift. Was asked to move forward and wait, which is fine, but after the wait half of my order was missing.
I went inside and asked for the rest of my order. They brought one of the items.. I asked for the other items.. they only got one more item.. then just left.

Afterwards I realized the food I had originally received wasn’t correct either. There are so many Taco Bell’s around this area, won’t be going back to this one.

I swear the night shift here is the worst. Worst customer service, they are always rude, slow, half the time your food is cold by time you get it. Or wrong. What happen to good customer service. Fresh food, taken pride in your job. Why work at a place you are miserable at? If you don't like dealing with customers don't get a job in customer service. The store was nasty. Employee are rude. My order was wrong and i had to pull up and wait 20 mins for cold food. I don't normally complain i just deal with it. I know whats its like dealing with customers all day. I work fast food. But this place really needs to get it together. Hire people who enjoy working there. Managers are even rude.

Small cups calling them medium cups. Dirty bathrooms. Staff looks at you funny if asking for white instead of dark then give you dark anyways. Should be happy we can't post pictures at least not here but will on other sites.

came here well before close and had the worst service just through drive thru. we put our order in and the girl who took it didn’t get half of it and when we said that wasn’t it she said “then what was it” in the rudest way. even though we repeated our order things were still forgotten and left out. idk why we caught attitude for making sure our order was correct, especially when it was messed up anyways !

Worse place to go on a Friday or Saturday night. We waited 30 mins in the parking lot with 3 other cars while watching others pull off with food. The the food was a luke warm mess in the bag.... I miss what taco bell use to be....
