I had Uncle C's for the first time this past weekend. The owners, a mother and son, were extremely nice and helpful. They operate out of their food truck amd the food they are putting out is amazing! We had the dark and white jerk bbq, bbq ribs, pulled pork, mac & cheese, and rice & beans. Everything was well-seasoned and tasty. The chicken and ribs were cooked to perfection and the sauce was on point. We will definitely be visiting again...soon!
my absolute favorite weekend place! today i got the pulled pork dinner plate, there’s nothing like ordering a pork sandwich and watching the meat come straight off the smoker & chopped for your sandwich. the pork is so tender and falls apart while holding so much flavor. i got it spicy today with a side of mac n cheese and their amazing cabbage. as a cabbage lover, this is the best ever and i look forward to it each time.
Uncle C’s BBQ is amazing. The jerk chicken and the sides are delicious, and homemade. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back to eat here.
