Unfortunately very disappointing. Food was not good and we waited 40 minutes for my husbands dish because his order was lost. We will try the Kennesaw location next time.

I had a very disappointing experience at Volcano tonight. I arrived 9 minutes before closing specifically to purchase yum yum and teriyaki sauce—no food order, just sauces. The woman working the front desk was rude and off-putting from the start and told me she couldn’t sell anything because she had already closed the register.

While I understand closing procedures, the way this was handled was unprofessional and unwelcoming. There was no courtesy, no attempt to help, and no apology—just an abrupt dismissal. Customer service matters, especially for something as simple as a small purchase right before closing time.

This interaction left a very bad impression, and because of it, I will not be returning.

We frequently eat at this location. All Volcano restaurants provide a good experience for food, experience, and atmosphere, but this one usually works best for us. Half price sushi Mondays are great, and we also love their Hibachi. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality Japanese restaurant!

food was ok. hibachi had 30 to 45 minute wait so we sat and ordered hibachi at the dining area where we were seated immediately. the onion soup broth was good and salad fresh. Our appetizer spring rolls were not hot just warm, and the rest of the food came out at a luke warm temperature. definitely made us regret the dining side verus hibachi.

We enjoy volcano so much!!! Between the beautiful decor to the friendly staff, its always enjoyable. You can bet at least one of my villagers ask to come here for their b-day dinner. Thank you volcano
