Worst experience dining in…. Ms.Penny needs to be replaced or moved to a different location - she treats and talks to the other employees like they’re scum under her shoe. She makes a big scene so that the other diners can be entertained by her trashy mannerisms. The young lady that was serving us was really pleasant and the food was pretty good- can’t complain there.

Do Not Order To Go Here! I placed a to go order here and when I got home I found out everything was severely undercook. Also, my order was missing two of the main items. All I ordered was a simple All Star meal. I should have checked everything while I was there but I figured the order too simple to mess up. Lesson learned and won't be going back.

The restaurant is pretty much as expected. What gets me is the consistent super cold air conditioning...set for comfort of employees and not customers. After loud complaint, they turned it down, with fisheyes from Cook staff.

I have two words to describe this location: Ms.Penny! I wasn’t going to submit a review (mostly because I’ve reviewed other locations) but the service from this lady was a 12 on a 10 point scale! Engaging, Happy, Warm, Welcoming, friendly, and on the money every time! She NEVER let that coffee cup get below half way!
You know what you’re going to get at a Waffle House. Every. Time. It’s the service that makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I’d drive out of my way to go to this Kennesaw location!
I didn’t take any pics because I hadn’t planned on doing a review. However. I always get a ham & cheese omelette with a waffle on the side.

Took 10 minutes to remove dirty dishes on my table, hash browns over cooked.
Sam was amazing and so sweet!! Me and my three friends came at 3am and sam was the only one in the kitchen. She quickly took our orders and made all of the food so so good. We ordered it to-go and just ended up eating inside because the vibe was so good. Sam said she was cross-training and I think she did everything so well. She made she we were taken care of every step of the way. I would definitely come back to this location!!!! (unit #1548)

Of all the Waffle House restaurants I've eaten at, this is the best. The food was perfect. The service was great. And it wasn't as cold as most. All the employees were friendly, like they really enjoyed what they were doing.
The server was amazing and took great care of me and my mom. I didn't get her name but she has brown hair and glasses and is probably in her early 20s and was very very nice. Nice work ma'am!

Everyone got their food except for my husband. They never noticed and he didn’t eat. At that point he was too frustrated to say anything. Terrible service, especially on Father’s Day.
