Stopped by Wendy’s drive-thru and placed a simple order—just wanted extra onions on my burger. Pulled up, paid, and drove off, only to find out they completely ignored my request. If I wanted my order to be wrong, I would’ve just gone to McDonald's. Do better, Wendy’s.

I ordered a large chili & fries through the drive thru. The woman who took my order never said how much and i proceeded to the window. The woman at the window handed me a very heavy bag & I handed her my card. She had another bag in her hand, and i reminded her that i only ordered a large chili and fries. I could hear them arguing through the closed window and she handed me some change with my card and took the bag back. Never told me how much they charged my card and no receipt. Poor customer service. Don't be mad at me because the person who took the order couldn't hear correctly.

After paying at the kiosk... I sat there for over 20 minutes and no one seemed to notice... Then when I went to the counter, I saw that my order had not been placed... The payment was recorded on my cell phone... The atmosphere... There were a lot of employees walking around... but the working atmosphere was... No, I don't want to go again.

today i went to wendy’s. hoping to get my food and go on about my day. the order taking process was fast and easy. i used the kiosk they had right when you walk-in. everything was fine up until my food was bagged. the woman packing up my order had the absolute nerve to put the fries in the container then put a glove on and touch the my fries and shove them in the bag. i was beyond disgusted. i didn’t even want them anymore. i just wasted money on the food because of poor food handling.
