Listen, I understand that it's Christmas Eve but if you don't want to work, don't work and go level up your skills to go work somewhere else because the dryness and lack of customer service at this location is appalling. Not only did they get my mobile order wrong by shorting me a burger, when I asked for them to correct it and make the burger that was missing, they made the burger wrong, almost flagrantly I didn't check before making it home because why would you mess up and add something that me and the cashier both just verbally told you not to and got acknowledgement on? Then I make it home 2 minutes away only to realize that they gave me old fries but not just old, also cold. They didn't even re-dip them to try to make it seem like they were warm. Everyone's food tasted like it was from this morning and it was only 5:45pm so nowhere near closing for the night. I will gladly drive an extra 5 minutes to the Wendy's on Cherokee Street because this location seems like they got a chip on their shoulder for doing their job and I will refuse to ever patronize this location again

I've lived near here for 10 years. Their drive through team always seems a bit chaotic, but I normally get what I ordered, even after the back talk or eye rolls from staff when they forget something.

We are a family of 5 (soon to be 6) and I've always placed two orders to use 2 separate coupons. Today, Pam, the manager told me there was a policy change and only one coupon is allowed per car, not per person. She said no to the exception so I drove around as a new customer because I had another person in the car. I was still told to wait til tomorrow.

This sucks. When 2 kids do well in school and they both earn a free frosty, they aren't allowed to use the drive through if they are in the same car?

My son is still bugging me about not getting his frosty. He's autistic and highly upset. The staff at this location lack compassion.

They said the owner would charge them for the frosty if they let me use 2 coupons for 2 different people on 2 different drive thrus.

I'm heavily pregnant and wanted to get home so I could use the restroom. This is the only reason I didn't go outside. I normally don't go in because I have toddler in car seat.

If that's the policy, don't worry about our business anymore. We will visit another location.

VW Rules

Went through the drive thru tonight got chili and got home = plenty of crackers,napkins and proper spoon all without asking. My orders are always right here - food is hot/proper and people are always polite

They didn’t have potato wedges at all so we had to substitute for other items and one of the sandwiches we got off their breakfast menu had egg shells in it !

Got food there this morning and the was mold floating at the bottom of my sweet tea. Needless to say wont be back im beyond grossed out.
