The food is great, but... the persons at the window are rude, they take the order wrong and when you tell them, they get angry, and don't want to change you order.

Went inside to place order around 3pm, waited at register for about 5-10 minutes….no greeting whatsoever just a weird stare-down with the fry cook. Proceeded to place my order with the kiosk (Dave’s double, med fry, med fruit punch, spicy 10pc nugget). went to restroom to wash my hands…. paper towel dispenser malfunctioning. Received my order and cup for self serve drink dispenser was out of fruit punch. Fries were cold/stale (old) asked for replacement and received more old fries. Burger was made poorly and missing key ingredients ( drowned in mayonnaise and ketchup no lettuce no pickles and the bun was smashed ) by far the worst experience with Wendy’s I’ve ever had .

Stopped by Wendy’s drive-thru and placed a simple order—just wanted extra onions on my burger. Pulled up, paid, and drove off, only to find out they completely ignored my request. If I wanted my order to be wrong, I would’ve just gone to McDonald's. Do better, Wendy’s.

I ordered a large chili & fries through the drive thru. The woman who took my order never said how much and i proceeded to the window. The woman at the window handed me a very heavy bag & I handed her my card. She had another bag in her hand, and i reminded her that i only ordered a large chili and fries. I could hear them arguing through the closed window and she handed me some change with my card and took the bag back. Never told me how much they charged my card and no receipt. Poor customer service. Don't be mad at me because the person who took the order couldn't hear correctly.
After paying at the kiosk... I sat there for over 20 minutes and no one seemed to notice... Then when I went to the counter, I saw that my order had not been placed... The payment was recorded on my cell phone... The atmosphere... There were a lot of employees walking around... but the working atmosphere was... No, I don't want to go again.

The rudest bunch of people I have come across in a long time. No thank you no, please no have a nice day. Young lady, who handed me my food through the drive-through did not even look my direction. Terrible customer service just awful.
