Went to get the Cinnabon pull aparts. Got them and they were dry as a desert with virtually no frosting. Threw both away and didn't even eat then as they were so bad

updating my review... we used to go here regularly. it has always been hit or miss.. but really.. mostly MISS. hadn't been in a while, gave it another shot.. ordered breakfast. they got one of the items wrong.. not suprising because 90 percent of the time they get the order wrong here.. (not suprised, but was willing to accept their mistake and just eat it anyway..) but this time, it was all cold and hard. went back through and got our money back, management and staff were rude. we were nice. sorry, but as expensive as a fast food meal is these days it should atleast be hot and close to right. i dont think any of those people working the drivethrough would have paid for food that cold and disgusting especially when we know what its supposed to be like as we were regulars. so dissapointed because this is the location closest to us, and we like the food. but this location is trash, not sure how the hell they stay open. Thing is we aren't even picky folks at all.. we dont have the time to go back through drivethru's and nitpick. very dissapointed in my experience here and with the management and staff and their inability to deal with customers. cant imagine this location being around much longer. when it comes to wendy's in the area.. this is not the one right here... would not recommend.

If I could give it a zero star, I would. Every time I come to this Wendy’s my food is cold and the employees are very rude and disrespectful. I just sat in line and waited for someone to take my order for 20 minutes until I finally pulled around and asked if something was wrong with their machine. They said no and to pull back around and they’ll take my order. There was two cars behind me at the time that were now in front of me and the first car got their order taken and then the car in front of me along with myself got denied our order and said that they were done for the night. This was an hour before closing. Everyone working here is extremely lazy and has no place having any type of job. This isn’t the first time they've closed early for no reason. It happens quite often. If I could get this location permanently shut down, I would.

Today I waited at the box for 15 minutes and no one said anything so I pulled up to the window to ask if the box was working. They told me to just go back around, so I did. I then was behind 2 cars, once I got back to the box they tell me the person in front of me was the last order of the night… are you serious?

Wendy's has become my bar for when food is too expensive. To feed my family of 4, if we order regular combo meals, costs about $50. And while we really like Wendy's for fast food, it's fast food! I can eat real burgers from real full service dining restaurants for about the same amount of money.
So that's the metric for other restaurants, 'is this better than or cheaper Wendy's, and how much better is it?'. I can't justify eating $50 worth of fast food when I can go to Buffalo Luke's, Moxy, Chili's, or a number of other places in the nearby arra for that same $50ish.
Declining value from Wendy's is what hurts. Smaller greaser burgers, for increasing prices. We don't go here much anymore.
For this specific location, the staff is friendly and usually quick, but the burgers are always super Grease-balls.
Store and website both say 11 pm, they decided to close at 8:45 pm. Line wrapped around the building and they look at you stupid when you pull around to ask “what gives?” No one saying closed, nothing, no decency to anyone.

Ordered a swiss, egg sausage croissant. Received the order and I got a regular bun, egg and sausage sandwich, not even the cheese, came back and cashier told me they were out of croissants but if you want I can change the bread, I told her why you didn’t told me that when I was ordering, she didn’t respond. Also there’s no cheese, she replied well you want cheese with that. Horrible experience, never coming back to any of this type of restaurants. I that’s good that happened to me because I should know better and eat at home.

We went through the drive through, ordered a large chili for my husband & a new sandwich, a cheese, mushroom, & bacon, single patti hamburger with a small French fries. There were NO mushrooms on my hamburger. We even saw where the order placed was listed on the drive-thru screen.

Tonight was just Pathetic with the girls they had working. Waited 20 minutes almost to even place my order and there wasn't anyone in front of me. Get to the window and 3 girls standing there talking like they was at the club or something and could care less about taking an order. Have no consideration for other people. No ice in my drink and fries was hard as concrete. If that's how Wendy's service is going to be they need to shut the place down.. straight up...

Avoid this location if you can. We come here almost once a week because we love Wendy’s and it’s close to family member’s house but I’m about to give up on it completely. The kindness of the staff is really hit or miss. They forget an item 3 out of 5 times. The lobby is closed a lot due to being short staffed. Food quality is ok at best. Tired of waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to have to go through again because they forgot something and the food is cold before we even get on the road
