I'm giving one star because you have to select something. There were cars in the drive thru. We parked and went to the door. They were locked with no signage as to why the dining room would be closed. So we left. There were employees inside. It was during open hours. 🤷♀️

Maybe if they weren't laughing and giggling so much, I might have gotten my order correct. No mayo was asked and I got home and it looks liked they put extra mayo. Check your food before you leave. My bad experience was 12.11.25 at 7:15PM.

This place is a joke. I have called corporate a couple of times about the way this store is run. Orders are consistently wrong, no crackers or spoon for chili, cashier can't count money, burgers swimming in mayo and rude employees. It is clear the general Manager and management staff have no clue how to run a restaurant or simply don't care. Sub standard at best. I would give no stars if that was an option.....

Little to no professionalism in the workplace or customer service. The food had been visibly contaminated by flies for 1-2 minutes. Employees were not seen cleaning in the time I was there while there was no line. The employees were seen on their phones the entire time in front of customers unless serving was mandatory. I would not suggest eating at this facility - the food quality is not healthy, and cleanliness was not a priority. Hope this helps others in the future!

What’s wrong with the service in this place? I was waiting to place a dine-in order, and the staff just walked past me, glancing but never stopping to take my order. If you don’t have the personnel to handle dine-in service, then the dining area should be closed!
