Stopped in with hubby due to his being starving. Definitely not coming back. Now I see why it wasn’t busy even though it was Friday night dinner time I usually love my Wendy’s burger but today it was eh. My fries were obviously warmed up by dropping them back in the fryer, they were hard as a rock. The only good thing about my dinner was my drink As for hubby, it was eh also. He got the chili for a side and wasn’t impressed either. His sandwich was eh, and the chili watery. Next time we’ll just drive by.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The food at this location is not fresh. Nothing is made fresh daily. Items like cheese, salads, chili, and burger buns are frequently stored improperly, violating basic food safety standards.
Store manager Tokee and district manager Donna are fully aware of these ongoing issues but continue to ignore them. There is a complete disregard for food safety and customer health. You’re basically being served leftovers from previous days.
The kitchen is filthy. Machines are not cleaned regularly, and the oil in the fryers is never changed. Food is being cooked in burnt, dirty oil, which is both disgusting and dangerous.
To make matters worse, Calhoun Management, which oversees this location, already had one of their stores in Acworth shut down for unsanitary conditions. This is clearly a pattern of neglect, not a one-time issue.
This place is gross and unsafe. Avoid eating here at all costs. It needs to be inspected and held accountable.

Love Wendy’s burgers. Stopped in to pickup a cup of chili. Horrible. Mostly watery soup. A tablespoon of beans and a burger Patti broken up in large chunks. What happened to the good chili they used to have.

Just left the Wendy’s that’s right down the street from where I live. Eat there way more than I care to admit. Stopped by there last night via the drive thru and ordered the JBC meal deal which came with medium fries and medium drink. Also ordered a taco salad. I was home before I realized that I didn’t receive my fries or drink. Had a lot on my mind and scorned myself for not being more diligent. Stopped by just a few minutes ago out of an effort to right a wrong and was told that there was nothing that could be done because I hadn’t saved my receipt like I was trying to hustle a medium Coke and fries. I was going to order some additional food but after such a fantastic decision by the manager I thought my $ would be better spent elsewhere. Disappointing.

Drive through was fine. New Frosty fusions are like DQ Blizzards and fun. Wendys in the area have gone downhill the last several years and are not enjoyable for dining in and food is typically meh and difficult to judge the price tag. Wendys used to be premium FF but not any longer.

I ordered ahead in the app, and saved over $5.00. Usually restaurants have cold food whenypu pick up but this place has FRESH, HOT food ready as I picked it up and both employees were very friendly

Apparently the employees don't like people very much. Can't get a smile or a thank you, just a low grunt. The chili was good ( well, we will see how everything comes out), but the fries were barely warm, and the coke was flat. That's the last dollar I'll spend at that Wendy's.
Wendys was clean and the workers had great attitudes. Very uncommon nowadays at fast food spots. Bravo 👏🏾

Went to get the Cinnabon pull aparts. Got them and they were dry as a desert with virtually no frosting. Threw both away and didn't even eat then as they were so bad
