Ordered online by DoorDash and lucky me, I got all the fixings to make my burger! No cheese, no ketchup, no mustard. Two pieces of lettuce ( you’re supposed to WRAP the burger not put it in two end pieces) three small pieces of onion, two cold patties and a tomato half slice. Thank you Wendy’s you are now my favorite grocery store if I want a burger I can microwave and construct myself. You should market this as your new DIY option. But in the future, include cheese please on what is supposed to be a double stack? And if you really feel like having fun, include ketchup and mustard packets so we’re not missing all the ingredients. Thank you!

Worst Wendy’s on earth. I went through the drive thru, literally got my order wrong and I just called to tell them once I got home and found out. How about the fast food worker trying to argue with me that my order wasn’t wrong. Girl you working at Wendy’s for a reason I know you don’t enjoy your quality of life.

Hubby walked in and was greeted. He asked for a Dave’s Double NO cheese. He said the customer service was prompt, but the burger was thrown together sloppily and came with the cheese he didn’t ask for.
