I was torn between Wendy’s and krystals. since the line for Wendy’s was longer, I took that as a sign. I ordered my single cheese burger, which came out cold. I asked them if they could heat it, and I was told No. So, I asked if I could get some salt to help my cold cheeseburger’s flavor and they were able to give me salt. Their unwillingness to try to accommodate me having a hot burger instead of a cold one was disappointing. It was the worst burger I’ve had from Wendy’s in my entire life. They can call me Karen if they want to, I don’t care. It was just a terrible burger & even worse customer service. unfortunately, I was very very hungry so I choked it down (minus the side of the bun that didn’t have any ingredients). Next time I will go to Krystal. In fact, I might actually go get a krystal burger now just to have a different flavor in my mouth than this experience with Wendy’s, who should have the same “steam the burger” technology that Krystal has.I usually don’t take the time to leave this kind of review, but this was bananas!!If you want cold food, go here!!!

Should have seen the reviews first, place is never open. I've driven by twice to get dinner and both times it's shut and the lights are off. I'm sure the owner owns multiple stores and gets a nice tax break for literally not running a business at this one though.

Price was higher than other Wendy's I have stopped at before.
The drive through person accidentally charged me for nuggets that I did not order. Not their fault a simple miscommunication that's easy to correct. To initiate a refund he had to get his manager. She acted incredibly rude towards him, and me. Demanding I give her the nuggets back, which I had no problem doing since I didn't order them, though petty because you're going to throw them away (hopefully not serve them to another customer). Then she proceeded to give me my refund in cash and change when I'd much prefer it back on my card. Whole situation felt awkward with how rude the manager was being to me and the poor kid working the drive thru
