I honestly do not know what the hype is about Whataburger. To me Five Guys, Culvers and Main Street Eats blows it away on taste.
My husband and I ate here last Saturday, the restaurant was dirty, and we had to wait a long time on our food. We told the staff that the soda machine was out of a lot of beverages and they did not seemed concerned at all. Not sure how the service is at other Whataburger's, but do not waste your time going to the one in Acworth.

The employees working at this location are not thrilled with their job. Rude, and more dirty looks than helpfulness! What a disappointment. Others have noticed too, as their r very few people in line.

Whataburger is truly depressing food ive tried there is hair on my burger and its disgusting i threw my burger away after that combo with frise 12.99 for that yea right but hey good employes ig

I went here today for lunch with my son. The food was wonderful and the Staff was so nice and helpful. A lady there named Connie was Amazing she was friendly, helpful and nice. The Atmosphere was friendly, clean, fast service, It was a place I will enjoy visiting often. Thank you to all the Staff especially Connie.

Was awkward ordering inside but I’d never been to whataburger before. Unfortunately that’s beside the point because I am currently in bed at 6:20 having tossed every single one of my cookies and the only thing I can think is that I got food poisoning from this location because I legit didn’t eat anything else yesterday except a very small portion of house made dinner that everyone else ate and is fine. It can only be you. Please for the love of god do better no one deserves this

So I noticed this cute little new Whataburger in my area of work which is good cause I used to have to go all the way out to marietta to get my favorite burger the bacon avocado burger and I pulled through the Drive-through and was greeted by this woman named Kylee such a bright smile and great customer service took my order quick and read my order back to me and she even had me try the Prickly pear it was a type of lemonade so good with this heat but after her take my order and helping to pull up to the window it didn’t take long to get my drink or food and another sweet girl was at the window who served my food just as sweet as the last but I do have to say as much as I read about the reviews I feel like since this place just opened up we should give them some slack they are truly trying people!
