The burgers are great, the fries are okay. It's a little confusing when you walk in. My husband's almost 70 he's not into using the kiosk. There was no one at the counter so we didn't know that you could just go up to the counter and order until maybe 10 minutes and just trying to figure out the kiosk someone finally came out and helped another customer that had came in. I’ve been here more than five times and have never been disappointed. Yea it takes a little longer when they’re super busy of course what else would you expect.

My son wanted Whataburger for his birthday breakfast- on our trip home to FL where we do not have Whataburger anywhere near us. GPS didn’t put us to arrive until 11am so I called. There was no answer but Tyrese, the manager working this morning called me back. I explained and he said he would make sure our son got his birthday breakfast.
