I went to order my food. While waiting I seen the associate grab raw chicken from the cooler, wiped his hands on his shirt. Walk over to start writing on a customer's bag of food, wiped his hands on his shirt. Start preparing my food, wiped his hands on his shirt. Not to mention the cashier did the same exact thing. All WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and could cause serious illness.

This is my second time ordering from here and it will be my last. I ordered a boneless meal ate 4 chicken parm and had to go to the restroom immediately. Apparently this is an ongoing issue at wingstop so I will not be eating there EVER

Staff moves like they have bricks attached to their feet. It takes way too long to get the food out the door.

This place gets very crowded and they have problems in the logistics of taking orders and the online and telephone system does not work. It is best to order in the store and the wait is 30 to 45 minutes

These people sent me uncooked boneless wings!!!!! Can you imagine biting into a boneless wing to see uncooked chicken!!! It's so freaking gross! They need to be reported!!!! I am really ticked off because I chose COOK EXTRA TIME when I placed the order!

Paid for 30 chicken wings through the app for carry out which comes with 3 ranch sauces and I received zero. Typically they up charge the heck out of you if you want extra ranch. Well, pay a steep $45 after tax for a 30 wing pack and receive zero sauce and soggy ass French fries. Careless and lazy staff.

An hour wair for 12 wings placed on to go. Was told 20 minutes and still had to wait. No rhyme or reason to their system. Seems they leave their staff to drown in anger customers. Feel bad for the team.

The chicken tenders were recooked... like cooked.. dried out and re cooked. So nasty. And they didn't put hardly any cheese on the cheese fries. I'll stick with my normal location. This one was closer but definitely not worth it.

I placed an online order that was canceled and hour later with no explanation. When I spoke with the "District Manager " by phone he told me to SHUT UP! I asked for his name several times and he refused to give it an eventually hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and no one ever responded Zero stars for this company! establishment
