The food is fine very time I come here and is relatively consistent. It's really the only reason I keep coming back but the customer service is atrocious. I usually come at night around 6-8:00 and for at least the last 3-6 months it's been the same girl who clearly either hates her job or has 0 place interacting with customers. She spends more time complaining to her coworkers than actually being useful when I'm here. I hope that these errors can be resolved but at this point I'd rather go the extra half mile to the kennesaw location because at least their cashiers are competent.

ZERO STARS: Manager working @3:30 on 04/06/2024 was so so rude for no reason. My friend and I were respectful when attempting to order but the respect was not reciprocated(we are only 19 on our work break). We were just trying to get 2 mix match combos and the manager had no idea what that was and thats no issue at all, but as I was about to tell her my order (I wasn't even able to get one word out) she proceeded to get mean with me due to HER confusion. We respectfully said “we are taking our money somewhere else because that wasn’t necessary” and left.I have never in my life had to leave a review for poor service but this was actually ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would.My recent experience at Wingstop was met with poor service and management attitude. Not only did the manager lack patience and displayed rude body language, but the workers also seemed clueless about placing orders or lacked the necessary training to do so. So if you ever choose to go to Wingstop on Cobb Parkway don’t speak to the fat lady with scary light yellow-ish eyes, she will yell at you for trying to order.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had!! All the employees were standing round while we waited 45 minutes for our food which still had not been started when I went up too ask. The manager nor employees apologizes,.as a matter of fact when I asked for my money back, they laughed and took their sweet time giving me my $40 back. Horrible. They should all be written up and reprimanded. People came and went and we were still sitting there waiting. Doordashers came and went, we were still waiting.

I wish I could comment on the quality of the food but we have been to this location 3 times on weekday evenings, at different hours of night and all 3 times we were told the wait would be 35-45 minutes, despite a kitchen full of staff and a dining room nearly empty. The manager needs to be aware that the staff appears to be deliberately turning away business.

About 3-4 weeks ago, it seems like they put someone new in the kitchen. The wings are not seasoned properly. The Louisiana Rub and Honey Hot are supposed to be dry… they are always wet now, even though I put on mine, cool extra well done.This is not a new occurrence. I’ve been literally each weekend and every time the wings are nasty now.

Beyond disappointed in this wing stop location.. and this is usually a place I order from multiple times. I placed an order on door dash that was stolen by the driver. Once I noticed I placed another order on their website at 11:27 which had an eta to be ready in 16-21 minutes which is an eta of 11:48. I called the store and spoke to manager Stephen about the ordeal & he himself acknowledged that our food was stolen & he noticed we replaced the order online directly through Wingstop, all this while driving in the rain to pick up the food in the pouring rain. When I arrived at the location one minute before the time the food should've been finished they refused to give me the order stating they had refunded the order even though I was on the phone with him all the way leading up to me pulling into the parking lot & he himself said the food had 2 more minutes in the frier. Imagine seeing the workers just finishing off your meal & closing the containers as I stood outside in the rain talking to the manager who refused to give us our dinner after begging. Mind you the franchise door has midnight listed as the closing time. Customers should definitely be treated better especially after loosing money not once but twice to this restaurant. Standing in the rain begging for food that was paid for already, was a truly horrible & degrading experience
