Fries where cold when I received my plate asked for fresh ones they offered to refry them. Im a chef anytime you fry something twice it's ends up greaser and over cooked. The cashier Lied and told me they dropped some fresh fries. Once I received my plate back the fries where nearly brown and crunchy. Also the chicken wings were supposed to be hot teriyaki they justed tasted overly hot there was no balance. I will not be returning.

We order weekly from WNB in Acworth, On several occasions we are missing items (cheese stick, sub and wings) when we call WNB we are told it’s a door dash issue. Talking with door dash I found out its not their issue its a WNB issue they are not putting food in the correct bags, with this being said they need to triple check their order and make sure that ALL customers are getting what they pay for weather its 3.99 or 17.99! Today service was the worse I called b/c I didn’t get 6 piece wing I spoke with “Lisa” who said I could come and pick order up myself even though I contacted DD “Julie” who was willing to pick up missing order and I was going to get extra tip since this was not her fault. I was told by WNB this is not how it works and driver don’t usually come and get items on their own time. I understand that its was her own personal time but she was willing to come and do the pick up since WNB MESSED up an order up again. That being said I won’t be giving this WNB any more of my hard earned money. I would like to let Julie know I thank her for getting the food here on time and still HOT! After working a long day it makes life just a tad easier!

The food good was basic. Not very flavorful, However, remind your front register staff members to wear gloves. The tables needed to be wiped. If the staff appearances look like they don't care it causes people to question the quality of the food.
They wings are delicious.. Can't wait to go back and try something new!

Ordered the 8pc boneless combo via Door Dash; portion was enormous! Everything was tasty, too. Wingstop has gone downhill this year, so this was a nice find.

BEWARE: This place will try to short you on everything. You order 10 wings, they give you 8. You order a dry rub, they just spray Sriracha all over the wings. I ordered the Kitchen Sink cheese steak at a price of $16. The bread is a 12 in./footlong and is only half filled on each side.(usually just throw away the empty half of bread) So, you get a 6 in. sandwich for $16.. no drink or fries?! What is going on? This has to be the biggest rip off on the menu. You could get more food from a 6 in. sub from Subway for $7. One time, they gave our order to some random person and let them walk away with our food, then when we stepped up to the counter to get our food, they said that someone took our food and we needed to chase them down in the parking lot. Pretty awkward situation for myself and the other customer which should have been handled by the store because I'm not the one who gave my food to the wrong person. Unprofessional/ disappointing.

Screwed up our orderthen had attitude when asked to give us what we paid for. Wings were very small and food was cold by the time we got home after they had to make addtional food to correct our order. We want be back!!!!

We stumbled upon this Wing Gem on DoorDash and have ordered 3x in one month. The wings are excellent!!! Fried hard and soooo flavorful. They have so many flavors to choose from. My favorite are Jamaican Jerk, WNB Hot and Teriyaki. The garlic Parmesan is more like a dry rub, so don't order if you like wet wings. The large fries are enough to share with 3 people. Absolutely love this wing spot!!!
