Unfortunately for the amount of moneyI spent to receive the smallest chicken finger I could not do it, but the place was pack and I did not try it so it could have been good.

Poor/slow customer service. They don't know what is on their menu and when you tell them what your trying to order they want to argue saying it's something else and didn't even get everything ordered right.

If I could give a zero for service I would! I was just charged almost $9 for one soda and two ice Waters. Fountain water not bottled. When I questioned the girl at the window named addison, she got a really bad attitude with me and pretty much slammed the window in my face. I had to remind her that she still had my debit card and my other $3 fountain water! I understand paying for the cups that were used but to charge the same amount for a soda is ridiculous!
They forgot must of my delivery order that I did through Grubhub

I don’t normally go for Zaxbys. However this location has it. A respectful staff, clean environment, fast, hot, and fresh food. I will surely return for this location.
