Ordered off the website, went 1.0 miles from my house to store when said food was ready. Got there nd had to pull forward nd while I sat there they ran 4 vehicles through b4 they brought my food out to me. Staff was polite nd friendly, food was good once gotten it nd they only have drive thru at this location so it wasn't like I could go into the restaurant like normal.

The staff and food have been excellent with each visit. They pay close attention to details and always have a cherry attitude. The service is fast and correct every time. Highly recommend visiting the Adairsville store.

Every time I go there it gets worse and worse, this time got my entire order wrong and burnt bo berry biscuits like I think at this point they just need to start from scratch and try it again l.

Food is good. Had a hard time ordering in the drive through - the person couldn't hear me very well I guess and kept missing my order or taking over me. They did get the order right in the end 😀 no dining room, drive through only

The crew is nice. That is about it. They are out of chicken EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Needed two orders of leg and thighs, they let us know they are out of legs, but they could swap it to three thighs for each one....welllllll, not enough thighs to do that, but they could do breasts in place of the missing piece. Unfortunately, there was a reason for the order placed. But that is the norm and I guess it is okay with management and ownership to not have did prepared for customers. It was only 4 pm, not busy, not even a car in the line.

I love stopping by in the morning. Duranda makes my day! Great customer service.

I was skeptical about going to this location because of the reviews however I ordered the number 9 Duranda Jones and her staff was quick and polite Thank you for all your help Duranda 10 out 10 friendly staff great food and A1 customer service

" Under New Mangament" has NOT helped a thing about the Adairsville location. Their staff is still EXTREMELY rude & that resturant rarely has bone in chicken.. ya' ll got one job man.

We just moved to the area and have tried this location about 4 times in the last 6 months, during the process of closing on our home, hoping the bad experiences were just an off chance, but it has been terrible every single time we have purchased food from here.
The drive through is confusing, the staff doesn't listen and we have to repeat our order at least two to three times. The food has been stale and COLD every single time. Everything about the food, especially the fries and bo rounds, is not fresh at all. Also this location is always out of boberry biscuits.
It's unfortunate because Bojangles was my favorite place to eat, but I won't waste another penny here.
