Ordered food on March 14th told atotal got to window, they charged me a different total. Claimed she was doing refund, but charged me again on card. Then she claimed she refunded them both, but saw cash come out of drawer, when I asked for receipt, she said she couldn't give them to me. I was scammed. Called credit card company and they said I was charged twice, and card wasn't swiped again for the refunds. Pretty sure she pocketed the money. Now I have to deal with my card company to file a claim to not get charged the $46.90. We didn't get to eat, and they put sausage gravy on the mashed potatoes. Yuck. Order was all wrong.

Had a sausage and egg biscuit and it was very good. It wasn't outrageously priced and the person at the window was very friendly. A plus all around.
You can smell the sadness from the employees when getting food here. Hand them money and no words. Get your card back also no words if someone told me it was a deaf only establishment I'd belive it. What happened to people's ability to convesate with people.

Saturday (2/17/24) at 12:20 pm, my boy was hungry and said he wanted Bojangles. We stopped by and got served decently speed wise. Got his meal and I parked in a spot to make sure he got what he was supposed to. Everything was in there food wise. No utensils. Don't know how you're supposed to eat mashed potatoes with gravy without utensils. So (since this location is pure drive-thru), I went back to the board/intercom and told them they left out the plasticware and that I needed some. They said drive around. I did so and sat there for 10 minutes and nothing. I go to the door and knock on it and the little girl opened the door and I asked for the plasticware. She said, "Oh, I though you were going through the drive-thru". I said, "I wasn't going to wait through the drive-thru again for some plasticware." She even told me to pull around and all they had to do was bring it out real fast and then go back in. She comes back to the door with a stack of napkins and 4 spork packets, hands them to me, walks off and she's walking off, I hear her say, "There happy!?" They didn't give me a receipt either.My little boy loves their mashed potatoes and sausage gravy, this time though, he said it tasted bad and he didn't finish it. Usually we love Bojangles, but not this day.

Got there at 6:45 pm one car in front of me no bull I sat behind that car 13 minutes get up to order for myself and the 4 individuals I take care of they had no biscuits they had no mashed potatoes no gravy they only had dark meat chicken at 6:45 p.m. I ask how long it wasn't going to take and they told me they wasn't making anything else tonight this was on a Saturday night ...

Bojangles has never disappointed, we dropped by the Adairsville location today and taste like they didn’t try today, maybe it’s the time of day or something but our meals were LOW quality. We hope someone sees our reviews and steps it up.
C'mon folks. You cant go wrong with Bojangles. They are a southern staple with the best biscuits in the business. Everything on the menu is good and the staff are always friendly.

Just because they're "open" doesn't mean they'll take your order. They're more than happy to not answer the intercom and just wait it out until you get frustrated and leave.

I went on saturday morning around 9:30. There were a total of 5 vehicles waiting in the drive thru. After waiting 37 minutes on a biscuit and tea I ask what took so long and the door was shut in my face. This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. The only customer service there is bad. Corporate or franchise owner really needs to retrain the people working at the time I went. I won't ever be back.

Overall, great experience, good food, ok service. The only issue I had was I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit, that's it. The lady said drive around for your total. When I got to the window, she reached for the payment, and as she took my card she said that will be 12.83. Startled by such an expensive price for a biscuit. I said for just a biscuit?? She replied yep. I got my biscuit and left, bothered by it all day I couldn't believe it could be that much for a biscuit. I thought well maybe she needed a biscuit to lol. I checked with my bank to see how much was charged to my card because I was going to call the restaurant and let them know what happened. The bank showed only 5 dollars and something was charged, which matched the online price. Not sure why she said 12.83. I have since been back and had a very good experience. Very nice service and good food.
