Great food and drinks was delicious

We stopped in to this location in adairsville to eat last Saturday morning but we did not stay. Upon entering the restaurant and walking past a table I overheard the server tell the customers they were getting the fancy cups (styrofoam) because they were having problems with the dish machine. I don't know if she was joking because she knew them or if she was serious but it was a turn off for me and I did not trust them to eat there that day. I've worked in the industry for years and if our machines failed in the dish room we closed for the day so they could be maintained and fixed. I truly hope she may have been joking but if not I hope they get the issue fixed. If I had not heard her say that I would have stayed and ate but hearing that I cannot trust the cleanliness of the restaurant

Love the food, I just don't understand why anyone would pay $21 for 1 pancake with 3 bacon and 3 eggs with a coke. Insane, won't be going to ANY cracker barrel for awhile

We RV parked there overnight. Dinner was very good and the server was very good. We went in for breakfast at 0700. There was only one person manning the hostess stand and serving. She did an excellent job and kept everyone happy. She was fast, efficient, and very personable. She made you feel like you were guests in her home.

The food was very good but the service was not amazing. I ordered the biscuit beignets and got regular biscuits. I also had to wait 20 minutes thirsty for more coffee. The waiter was friendly at the beginning but seemed disinterested towards the end. I left a fair tip I believe because I know it is. It was busy but hopefully things are better next time.

Cracker barrel is always a great experience.

We have enjoyed Cracker Barrels over many years, all over the country but today was disappointing. We were seated immediately, then waited over 10 min. for wait staff to stop at our table. From her we learned they were short a cook and wait staff. When table companion ordered an all day breakfast item, she did not tell him until eggs and fried chicken were delivered, that they were out of hash brown casserole that was part of the meal.Or that they were out of sawmill gravy or even fried apples as a backup. Instead she plopped a dish of fresh fruit he did not want on table. Had he known, he would have ordered another menu item. The loaded mashed potatoes I ordered were lukewarm on arrival, from looks of cheese on top, they had been sitting awhile. Biscuits were smallest we had ever seen, and chewy. At checkout, when we told staff how bad the meal was, she was apologetic but no offer made for a discount or coupon toward future meal. Also disturbing, the table clearer dropped a bowl or cup at table across from us, which broke into big sharp pieces, out in aisle and under table. No one cleared the shards from floor until after a couple was seated at the table.
