People working in the drive thru have no idea what's going on. You order ahead on the app so it will be ready, instead you sit in line for 15 minutes get to the window and they still have no idea what your order is, then after you telling them 3 times, they want you to pull around and wait even longer.

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The customer service is garbage and the night shift manager clearly hates her job and has no business being in management or dealing with the public. They screwed up my entire order which hey no big deal mistakes happen. I came back thru the line patiently waited my turn again and very politely explained that I didn’t receive half the order I paid for. I was told they couldn’t find the code I had literally just ordered from and the manager that gave me half the order the first time acted like I was lying about how many nuggets I was supposed to get but when I tried to show her proof on the app with the date and time of my purchase she turned her back to me and just stood there. Craziest McDonald’s experience ever lol. Drive to any other McDonald’s but this one.

I wish I could leave negative stars. The night shift manager with the reddish hair that was working the drive thru tonight is the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I see why they have a 3.3 rating.

Editing my last review as its been a few years and things have improved. The drive thru in the morning has been moving in a timely manner, the young man at the window was very polite and friendly.

Slowest place around. I sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins in one spot. Just for a drink. This place needs to get their stuff together

The most important thing is that McDonald's was open for us to go inside to eat. Five other fast food restaurants had already locked the door or were closed. McDonald's was again good, and the restaurant was cool and clean. The prices seem to be higher once again but you can always count on McDonald's to get a bite.

They tried to shove all our food in a medium bag which was over flowing and left out one of our sandwiches. Second time this has happened. Won't happen again.

From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, things went downhill fast.
I could barely hear the lady taking my order. I gave her my code from the app (I was wanting a large fry) and she told me the code was invalid or has already been used. I told her there was no way as I’d just opened the app. Well my points were gone after that.
I then ordered the Ranch Snack Wrap, a Medium Fry, and a $5 McChicken Meal Deal PLAIN. Fries were cold and soggy and the McChicken was loaded with lettuce and mayonnaise. The 4 piece nuggets were cold as well.
But, let’s rewind, the lady who handed me the food through the drive-thru didn’t speak. I said, “Thank you.” She just mean mugged and never said a word.
I’m disgusted in the way this McDonald’s food is and how rude the employees are.
Our local McDonald’s would never. Oh did I mention I’m from out of town?
Our McDonald’s ran by Jim Aaron would NEVER.
