Place is never open when it says it is. Certain the staff shows up late on purpose. Either need to update hours or block mobile orders until 8am. Doors say open at 7am but every time I’ve come in the mornings during the week it’s never open.

We just picked up some food, and whoever the girl is walking out food right now is extremely rude. For Adairsville to be such a small town, it has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You all need to do better.

I h!very been going to this sonic since it opened. The staff was great as usual. The horrible today. Bothe the burger and the fries are very over cooked. The fries were hard dark and inedible. The burger was almost crunchy. I do not believe anyone should eat here ever again...sooo disappointed.

We stopped around 215ish for a milkshake. There was literally only 1 car there waiting for food when r got there. We waited nearly 30 mins for 2 milkshakes. The milkshakes tasted good, but they were both about half melted when we got them.

Fries tasted like they were fried in really old oil
Food took 40 mins to come out to the truck. I was not the only one complaining about the poor delivery time and cold food. Thanks you cost me my lunch. Had to stop at McDonald’s to get some food

Went through got two kids meals and then a footlong chili cheese Hot dog meal and chicken nugget meal. They all came with a drink one of the kids meals I made a grape slushie and then a juice and 2 Sprites. So my card had never worked at the stalls there. Ok I wait 10 min and they come out and tell me it'll be 10 min on the chili if I want something else? I said that would be fine. Then she came out with the rest of the food and 3 slushies I didn't order. I told her when she gave me the 1st one I got a grape slushy and 2 sprites and an apple juice. She was like no take them and proceeded to give me 3 mango slushes I didn't order? Then she comes right back out with the hot dog barely any chili and not fully cooked. And 1 sprite. Never got the other sprite and juice. It was weird and I didn't think ppl could be that slow but I guess I was wrong. I wouldn't eat here,I don't trust it. It was so weird her insisting I take 3 drinks that aren't mine and then comes out with the food after saying it would be 10 more min and the reason(the hot dog) not being done and like no chili. It was like I was on another planet they got the order so wrong and couldn't even get the payment to go through on 3 diff stalls? Worst sonic experience ever had. Someone up there can't read or see pictures either bc I had to tell them 3 times I'd like large tots not large fries after she kept ringing up the wrong thing when I initially ordered.
