let me start off by saying i’m 8 months pregnant so my food being right is very important to me lol. i came through the drive through and asked for bbq sauced nuggets they proceeded to tell me that’s not a thing and they have no clue what im talking about when i’ve literally ordered the same thing since ive been in middle school lmao. so she tells me she’s just going to give me nuggets and bbq sauce so i just said okay cause im tired and ready and to get home and eat something. i get home open my bag and they literally gave me HONEY MUSTARD……no bbq sauce in sight. i was the only person there so it’s not like they were busy and accidentally forgot what i asked for especially since it was so a big deal to begin with.

I go by Sonic all the time for drinks but do not usually visit this particular location. I ordered my drink "dirty" and I am guessing they did not know what that meant because it definitely was not dirty once we finally got our drinks.

The atmosphere was inside of our car so it was wonderful and the company that we kept with ourselves was great but the food was terrible The service was awful and that's about all I can say about it and it was too expensive
Ordered a cheeseburger and tater tots. Got chicken sandwich and fries. I had to turn around and go back.

I've been here several times with mixed results - some incorrect orders but usually not a big deal. Today, my wife and I were taking advantage of a Sonic Blast BOGO and got Oreo and Cookie Dough blasts. Mine was correct, but her's was a Reese's. Both of us have severe peanut allergies. Thankfully, we could tell before she had any of it because of the smell, but this kind of negligence could seriously hurt someone. I called the Sonic multiple times with no answer, so I had to drive back to the store to explain what happened.
