TLDR: Don't stop here unless you're itching for disappointment and tantrums from hungry kids that didn't get anything to eat.Stopped for a fun bite on the way home from vacation. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the food as the cashier didn't respond to the button press until we had given up- after 2 button presses, bathroom breaks for everybody in the car, and a 35 minute wait. Ridiculous service at this place.

First time stopping in on my way home. Very nice location, and looks great! However the service was not the best. Went through the drive thru.. got to the window/door to pay.. the girl took my card and then gave me my receipt and drink without my card. I'm looking in to try to get her attention and she looked everywhere but the window, her co-worker saw me looking at them and was talking to her but she never once looked at me. She finally walks over to the register and then comes to the window and said "Oh I gave you your drink and receipt but not your card, you have to watch me sometimes".. you think. That was super weird.. like she knew she had my card. Then when she gave us our food she said super creepy.. "hope yall enjoy your food" which we didn't.. the mozzarella sticks had be fried more than once, cheese tots were old and my daughter was afraid to eat the corn dogs.

So, i normally dont give bad reviews unless ive had issues multiple times. This location just absolutely can not get it together. Family of 5. We were missing 3 things. One of the items that were missing they still could not get it right once we repeated what we were missing. Literally 3 nerds in a large nerd slush. Large tots that was maybe half way (amount of a small in a large carton). Bacon on the sandwich was so burnt it was ash. I could keep going. When is someone gonna actually learn how to properly correct these issues with this location? Absolutely horrible experience. If we had not checked through everything before we left we would have been missing half our order. Its been multiple times we have had issues. Im over it.

I don’t understand this location, $.80 extra cents for extra cheese on a small chilli chz tot ($1.20 normal, $2.00 with xt cheese- the large chilli chz tot it’s $1.90 and you get more product). they never put it on there, Like maybe you’ll get a pinch of cheese and that’s if you’re lucky, stop being stingy with cheese especially if you’re gonna charge a ridiculous amount for it
Is it possible to give no stars? The girl with “red” short hair that works the drive thru is beyond rude. The first time I thought maybe a bad day. But after the fifthish time or so, I came to the conclusion that she probably should be in the back, not working with costumers. Awful customer service.
