We ordered online and came to pick up our food. The store got busy as soon as we walked in and the two young women running the store handled the rush and the service experience with grace and speed.The sandwich was good enough and the atmosphere was regular Subway. It was clean. We'll be back, I'm sure.

They do not speak or understand a word of English...after watching the man and woman trying to order and getting very upset over having to point out everything that they wanted..we decided it was not worth the aggravation..we went outside only for the man and woman to tell us after all that they did not honor coupons...we will not be back...if I could rate this place a zero...I would!!

staff was good but the quality has really went down this last year. they no longer honor all subway coupons.they have a list that you can choose from to use the coupon.

So my family and I order from here every 2 months or so sometimes longer as we usually just make our sandwiches at home. Decided since we have coupons to use it. We go and at first the young girl was cool, she made some jokes but then she ran out to a car outside that was honking profusely and catered to them when they could’ve came in, which we did and they didn’t, our sandwiches sat there open and airing out. Then she went back outside never said excuse me or apologized for leaving our sandwiches open and unattended for awhile, came back with some more jokes and I was annoyed, one sandwich was heated up and now as cold as the rest. We get to the lettuce parts and she again leaves us to refill the meats section when we only needed our sandwiches wrapped up so we could go, by this time the line behind us was long when we first came no one was there and the guy with her didn’t offer to help her at all just did his own thing, which honestly he did so much better because his sandwiches were packed and ours wasn’t and neglected, If I see her in there I’m not ordering that day. Thanks but no thanks.

I can't rate the food because they would not take my order. I walked in, no one in line. I stood there waiting patiently, not to ever be acknowledged. I walked out and told the two young ladies that it would not hurt them to acknowledge me.

Got a coupon in the mail for two Footlong subs for $12.99. Ordered two BMT subs, a sub they have had for ages, nothing special. When I went to use the coupon I was told I couldn’t because I got BMT subs and they don’t accept coupons for those type of subs. Oh well. I check out because I’m not trying to spend forever in subway talking about which subs qualify and which don’t, like what the heck. But then I realized without the coupon the total came to $23. For Subway? Absolutely not. I asked for myMoney back as I did not want the sandwiches for that price. I was told No refunds because they only refund online and app orders, the sandwich was already made and paid for. I left because all I have to do is dispute the charge with my bank when I explain to them what happened. Subway really refused my coupon and charged me $23 for meat cheese and bread today. Never again, not this one.

The young lady and gentleman who help me in the evening shift are outstanding! Very friendly and always fill my order,which is usually multiple sandwiches,in an efficient manner! By far my favorite Subway location!!
