Why do I have to select a star in order to make a complaint on a biscuits and gravy so dry unbelievable not enough gravy man not enough gravy for 269 wow and the managers are playing on their phone they should be cleaning or organizing for today but they're sitting in the window looking at their phone

The floors were horrible, sticky all over the front part where you get your drinks and order food. Took several minutes before anyone came to take our order. Got the order wrong anyways, put mayo on them and we asked for no mayo, French fries tasted old or maybe it was the grease. Must have been running the A/C at full blast, freezing cold inside. Maybe it was a bad night but I will not be going back

Parking: mason hicks pulled me out of my car and parked it for me

Kid-friendliness: my kid is in a wheelchair mason hicks picked him up and brought him in the store for me thank you so much.

Wheelchair accessibility: mason hicks lifted my kid 10 feet off the ground and teleported him in the restaurant

Straight garbage. Slow and rude. The order is wrong every. single. time. You'll sit in this drive-thru 20 minutes to get cold food that's overpriced. Don't waste your time.

Rudest Wendy's ice ever been to. Came in for a late night drink and snack on my way home, and waited in front of the register for 10 minutes while the employees stared at each other and refused to ring me up. The people in front of me left because no one took their order. There were at least 6 employees on the floor and the manager was inside as well but no one helped. The people after me, didn't get their order taken until 10 minutes after me. I've worked for Wendy's before as my first job and there should have been communication from the other workers that didn't happen. It seemed like an employee was having a anxious breakdown while the other teenagers were talking on a circle. Ridiculous.

Probably the rudest people I've drive-thru have experienced. We informed her we had a coupon and what a coupon was. Let the number out and keep on ID number was and still when we got to the window she wanted to charges twice where we were supposed to. When we present a coupon she looks at us like or something slams the door and then comes back a few minutes later and just barks out the price. And then stares at us and they're all done LOL please thank you. You're welcome to Wendy's. Thank you for your order. We appreciate your business nothing

Fries tasted like they’d been sitting out for over an hour, barely even warm. Burgers ordered with bacon had no bacon. You people want to be paid $15/hr but can’t even make fresh food when not even busy… Pathetic.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Are at 930pm. Every table was dirty. The cashier rolled her eyes. Got our entire order wrong, never gave us our drinks and the food was awful.

Very slow service. Staff has to deal with Mobile orders delivery to customers on special parking spots, customers on the drive thru and customers in the dining area. They could not keep up.
