I have eaten at Wendy's all over the US. This is by FAR the absolute worse Wendy's in America. Staff is slow and unprofessional, food is always cold and terrible, and it's consistently bad. We've eaten at this Wendy's at least 4 times, and every single time is a HUGE REGRET! Go somewhere else!

The staff is pleasant, they get my food, correct, they're very outgoing and caring Miley, Melissa and the GMI believe Jason were amazing.I've also came in on times where the drive through cashier.Her name is, I think Tamara is amazing love coming here.My people come here all the time , love it , love it , love it

These people suck! Got a big order only got 1 sauce for 4 orders of nuggets. Then get home open my son's meal and it's supposed to be a chicken BLT. Tell me why there's no chicken patty only bacon and cheese and lettuce. How you forget the meat? You don't that was done purposely obviously. Do better Wendy's. Get some employees who know what going on. This is beyond bad service.

Rude and incompetent service. Manager didn’t have a clue about what was going on. No ketchup. No lettuce. No paper towels in restroom. Tables were askew, dirty and disorderly. The floor literally stuck to my shoes ands made a snapping noise when I walked. It hasn’t been mopped in a long time. On the way in an employee was smoking by the door and blowing smoke on my family. This sounds like an SNL skit but it is true! The drink machine hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Mold?! I could go on. The part that was my fault was that I dared to eat my order. Cold fries. Praying I don’t get a stomach problem. Avoid this place. Wendy’s HQ - investigate this store and either close it or get some fresh leadership. Worst experience we’ve ever had at any restaurant. I don’t think the employees had a clue how wrong and unhealthy it was. (I rarely leave reviews. I was compelled to do so to protect others).

Waited 10 minutes for drive thru to deliver to the car. What was served as chili was a cup of swamp water with debris floating in it. Absolutely disgusting. Not only will I not return to this Wendy's, I will never patronize another one.

Morning crew and lunch crew deserve 5 stars. But night crew is the worst, and I avoid at all cost. They like to control their drive thru times by only taking one order at a time, and not taking the next until they finished the order. Which results in customers waiting 20+ minutes in drive thru.
