Absolutely pleased. Excellent customer service I placed order over the phone, Jennifer listened and did an absolute fantastic job interpreting what i wanted. When I picked up even more great customer service and the most gorgeous 50 I've seen. Pina colada cheesecake weighed 10lbs....everything tasted amazing. Tasted homemade like my grandma 👵 had made it. Highly recommend, will definitely get all future cakes from here.

Okay so my sister ordered my niece a smash cake which was super cute but I ordered 24 cookies for my nieces party and I’m not gonna lie they were not it. She told me the icing would not be that hard and the icing is crunchier than the cookie. And it doesn’t really even look like the picture. I would definitely recommend for cakes but not cookies. The first 2 pictures are the inspiration pictures and the rest is what we got. Then she reaches out to my sister and asks us if the order was okay and my sister told her I was not happy with the cookies and she says she didn’t have the right cut outs for them and that’s not what I’m mad about I’m mad about paying $100 dollars for 24 cookies and the ones that are supposed to look like leaves looks like they just threw on some green icing

Messaged her about a cake for my son's birthday party and told her how many I needed it to feed, she asked sheet or round then I answered then she asked for payment without any other questions or literally anything. I asked her if she needed the rest of the info of what I was wanting for the cake like theme, flavors etc she didn't even reply to that.. her "reply" was a screenshot of her cash app.. So I figured well maybe she will reply saying something else (I didn't want to send payment until confirming she could/would do what I was wanting, so I waited for a reply. Never got anything so after waiting probably over 4 hours I replied again saying to please let me know on her wanting the info on what I wanted for the cake and then I would send the money after all of that, she finally replied some time after that asking if I had a picture of what I wanted and flavor. I literally sent around 10 photos of cakes saying something like one of these, told her where the party would be, the theme, how old my son was turning and his name etc.. we text a couple more times back and forth about it all and come to an agreement.. When I went to pick up the cake and got to actually look at it, it looked NOTHING like what I wanted after sending MULTIPLE pictures of cakes I liked/examples it was nothing even close, I never leave bad reviews or take the time to say things negative like this usually but this cake looked like someone who has never even made a cake in their life and a child done it and was absolute below bare minimum. We paid way to much money for something that could have been done better at home so that is why I am having to leave my honest review because I wished I would have known. 😞
