Worst experience!! Every employee there is super young and act like they don’t want to work! Messed up my order completely and over charged me by $15!! One car in front of us was sitting waiting for food at least 15 mins! Then the person behind us had to go inside and get their food since they forgot to give it to them at the drive thru! This location needs to get their act together!!!! I won’t be back!!!!

The food was okay, just warm, not hot. It also took a while to get my order even though there were plenty of people working, at least five in the back and five in the front. There were several managers around too, but it still seemed like they were struggling to get orders out in a decent time.

One of the managers (a Black male wearing a blue Zaxby’s sweater) came up yelling that he wasn’t approving an order because they had just received a big one, which felt really unprofessional and kind of killed the vibe. The whole atmosphere was just too much.

It looked like the owner was even sitting in the lobby but didn’t step in or help at all. Overall, the experience just wasn’t great, slow service, lukewarm food, and not the best energy.

I used the app to order dinner and arrived at the eta given by the app. The cashier greeted me promptly when I arrived and handed my order over immediately. It was hot and fresh, and prepared just as I ordered it. There was a nice young lady in the dining room working. She offered to grab a drink carrier for me. As I was leaving, she ran up and got the door for me! Great job Zaxby’s! This young lady, I don’t know her name, but she knows how to deliver customer service.

Went to the zaxbys in adairsville the manager cerisa was very sweet she helped us with everything we needed very out going will be going to eat there again this is josh and kim

Dining room was empty when we came in and it was a mess! Staff behind the counter didn’t seem busy, just hanging out instead of cleaning up. Food was okay, but sitting in a dirty dining area was a real turn off!

I’ve avoided leaving a review for a while. Service has always been awful. Food often does not taste like or is not cooked like other Zaxby’s locations. Staff often seems annoyed that you’re even there. Decided to give this one another chance today and came home with a hair in my salad. The Adairsville Zaxby’s consistently disappoints.

Horrible. The place as I walked in had a leaking soda machine all on the floor.
They had almost to food. The ran out of fries, and I whole bunch o other stuff.

If you go here past 7:30 just prepare yourself. Your order will be wrong the food will probably be cold and your portion could be questionable. For the price it should be chick-fil-a consistent

me and my mom had ordered food to pickup since we was coming back from madison, ga. we went through the drive thru and told them the name of our order. they gave us our drinks and told us to pull around. we wait for 30 minutes for our food and they never brought it. my mom had to go in there and get it and it was a allot of teenagers and they said they forgot to bring our food out. it was sitting on the counter.

RACISM

My husband, who is Asian, went to Zaxby’s around 12pm today. When my husband said his name was “Jun” for the order, the cashier put his name down as “Ching”. “Jun” and “Ching” do not even remotely sound familiar. Even the lady who saw his order name when his meal was ready, hesitated before calling out. We are absolutely outraged at the blatant racism and disrespect my husband experienced at this store today.
