Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

me and my mom had ordered food to pickup since we was coming back from madison, ga. we went through the drive thru and told them the name of our order. they gave us our drinks and told us to pull around. we wait for 30 minutes for our food and they never brought it. my mom had to go in there and get it and it was a allot of teenagers and they said they forgot to bring our food out. it was sitting on the counter.

RACISM

My husband, who is Asian, went to Zaxby’s around 12pm today. When my husband said his name was “Jun” for the order, the cashier put his name down as “Ching”. “Jun” and “Ching” do not even remotely sound familiar. Even the lady who saw his order name when his meal was ready, hesitated before calling out. We are absolutely outraged at the blatant racism and disrespect my husband experienced at this store today.

Ordered a 4 pc finger meal with an order of fried pickles. Got food and left,while driving I reached in to get fries and they were counter cold as if they had been sitting on counter for an hour or so. Plus they tasted like some one had put hot sauce on them already. Got to where I was going and opened box and there was only 3 little bity pieces of chicken.
I honestly believe they gave me some food that was left over from someone else. Why else would the hot sauce be on the fries.
They do not have to worry about me ever going back.

Can I only post half a star? This is pathetic. During the summertime kids run the store and you expect less than first quality. But I took a chance knowing that kids have been back in school for two weeks.

The lady at the counter was so friendly and nice. Our food got cold because we were right under the air conditioning vent. Wife had the house salad and I had the 5 finger meal. Both were good.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it seems I have to come back and triple check my order because it’s either thrown in there any kind of way or missing something. This location has got to do better and take some pride in your job

Closing shift of 7/24 was awesome. I placed an online order around 10:15 thinking they closed at 11pm. When I showed up I found out they actually closed at 10:30. I should’ve checked before and that’s my fault but the employees were super nice and helped me get my order anyway. Thank you!!!

First time and the last time. Likely one of the most foul smelling locations I’ve ever been to. Floors were filthy and the bathrooms dirty. The food portions were non existent.

Completely messed up and ruined dinner for our family on more than one occasion. Completely missed a kids meal, so my child didn't have a meal. Burnt old toast. Wrong chicken, wrong flavor, wrong drinks. It's apparent the work staff at this location has absolutely NO work integrity or ethic. Don't waste your time or money at this location.
