My mother, daughter and I were passing through and something told us to stop. Bridget did not disappoint. My mama grew up in Charleston, South Carolina so we know our southern food. The portions were very generous especially for the cost. My mama ordered the fried chicken and it did not disappoint. Perfectly seasoned. I had the smothered pork chops and it brought me back to my aunts Sunday dinner. 10/10 highly recommend. This Florida mother and daughter duo will be back!

Don’t let the atmosphere rating keep you away. I had to rate it a one due to it really being a take out place with a few tables set up if you stay.
The most important thing is the food, we had the chicken and the chops… mmm mmm good best describes! The owner (cook, cashier, dishwasher, and whatever else) was great! Her batter was delicious and you could tell she takes great pride in what she serves.
The overall four stars is just because of the atmosphere! Oh, and bring your appetite, there is a sign that says she had to make the portions smaller vs. increasing the price, I can’t imagine how large they must have been!

Does not look like much from the road, but MAN that food is good. Friendly staff, great prices; (especially for the portions), and some of the best fried chicken I have had. Will definitely swing by here again next time I'm in town.
Parking: Gravel lot in front of the restaurant which can fit approximately 10-15 cars at the same time.

This was my first time going today and I loved it. Ki-Ki, the owner, was very pleasant!! She made sure me and my family was comfortable and always asked are we okay do we need anything. Her buffet offers perfect comfort food for only $9.99, you just can't beat that! She also rents the building out for birthdays, baby showers snd parties. I highly recommend everyone come by and check her out!! Very friendly with a beautiful smile to match. See you next time Ki-Ki??

Absolutely delicious!!! Me and my wife got a plate each since it was our first visit. We could have easily split one plate and had enough. The pot roast was tender and easy to eat with a fork, like it was cooked all day in a crockpot, not dried out and tough like some places will serve you. Next time I will try a lighter lunch fare, but this time we will have leftovers for supper.
Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetables to choose from as well as cornbread, rolls, or a biscuit.
Parking: Parking is a gravel lot that comes right up to the porch.

Stopped in after camping at Reed Bingham State Park heading south - the owner was very nice and helpful, ordered chicken and cheesy grits. Waited 7 min for the chicken which was fine we sat on the porch and relaxed - 2 huge chicken breasts piping hot and nice helping of creamy delicious cheesy grits. Thank you it was wonderful and comforting as we traveled onward. Owner is a grandma raising grandkids, local business owner - let’s support her. Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I eat here as a treat,it's that good.we go buy every day but don't allow ourselves that treat until pay day.Great food,wonderful service.Home cooked food served hot and fresh just as fast as any fast food place.ive seen many food places at this location over my 50 yrs of residency in adel,none as good or lasted as long as this one.Hope they are around for a very long time

I drive all the way from Tallahassee, FL to eat this food I love it and the owner fix amazing portions, and the food is always hot and fresh, the Mac and cheese if you’ve never had hers before make sure you try it before you leave her restaurant, especially if you’re like me driving all the way from Tallahassee, FL because you’re going to be mad you didn’t grab extra, it’s just that good ?
