Arrived to restaurant drive thru at June 1st 2025 9:38pm. I seen two female employees standing in the front on their phones not paying attention to any potential customers. I finally knocked on the window to get someone’s attention and when the person came I was told they were closing in 5 minutes with a very bad attitude. I told her google and hours posted on the restaurant to my knowledge said they close at 10pm. She was very rude once again and said well we don’t have much food and the menu is limited. What’s the purpose of closing at 10pm and management allowing this type of behavior. Seems to me workers were just killing time and do not want to work. Worst customer service ever. I hope this email finds corporate. I will never visit this location again.

We use to eat here once a week as kids and always looked forward to it and glad to see these places are hanging in. Not always the friendliest staff or the quickest but overall not a bad option. Love the hush puppies and coleslaw.

Got my food in drive thru and got my food and drink and i open my drink to check and there was a dead fly in my lemonade. Make sure to check you drinks and your food ppl before leaving the window😡

Sat in drive through for a good hour just for 2 plates. Food wasn't anything to brag about. Did yall have to catch the fish and clean it?. Mgt needs to do something to fix this issue.

Usually go to captain Ds on Ashley in Valdosta but was in Adel so stopped here. Ordered a platter which came out with mushy fish, cold NOT lukewarm mac and cheese all sauce and like 9 noodles. Asked to remake Mac and waited 10-15 to get one Mac when I ordered two. Hush puppies were cold. Manager was rude and fought me when I asked to refund half my meal. Food was not to temp. I manage restaurants and would never treat a cm this way. Unfortunately based off other reviews seems to be her MO. Ended up going to BK next door and got HOT AND TASTY food

I will be happy if I don’t end up with food poisoning from the small bit of food that I could eat from my order. The food was all old and cold. Staff was eating as they were making people’s drinks right at the window. If I were the owner, I would fire the entire staff and start over. I say this as someone who’s worked in the food industry for over a decade.

Ordered Salmon w/broccoli & green beans. Food was horrible. Salmon dry and was topped with a super salty sauce and green beans temperature indicated that they came directly from the can ( not even Luke warm).
