Our food was delicious! Our lunch was prepared quickly and was hot when it served to us. Our fries were actually fully cooked and hot, not cold, limp, and only partially cooked like is so often served at some other fast food places (?Zaxby’s). Our order called for four chicken tenders per plate, but there were more than that on each. The sweet tea was also very tasty.

For the 20 or so years I lived down in Adel, I probably ate Carter's once a week or more. Now that I've moved to New Hampshire I miss them. Not just because it's hard to find good fried chicken up here but Carter's is just a taste of home.So when I was visiting last month I stopped by and got my usual from them...2 piece breast dinner with double fries...and it was EVERYTHING I remembered. The breading was right, the fries as always were incredible.Unfortunately...
