I should give one star. But their ice cream is actually alright. This is my third or fourth attempt to give this Dairy Queen a chance. I love their malt drinks, and primarily enjoy ordering a Mocha Moolatte. I have tried ordering it the last 3 times weāve went. Machine has been ādownā every time. Itās been a month since the first visit. š As for the other ice cream/blizzards. They are usually alright, but I noticed this visit that the girl making the blizzards was NOT wearing gloves. Fine thatās okay theyāre in a cup, but she also made a sundae with no glovesā¦maybe thatās normal but I feel like all the other locations Iāve gone to wear gloves. As for the burgers I ordered. Pitiful is the nicest word I can come up with. Looks like a McDonaldās burger but was probably $5 more. And on top of that there was no onion or pickle. For that price I at least want some crappy soggy onions or pickles. Iām honestly just disappointed I spent money on this.

Pulled up to the speaker and was ignored. At the window, three employees sat talking, ignored me again, then made rude gestures. No greeting, no respect ā just unprofessional behavior that reflects terribly on the Dairy Queen brand. If you are a traveler this is a must avoid

My daughter ask for fudge and sprinkles on her free sundae.. and they said that it would be a .53 cent charge and I said well Iāll have to pay with my card and they said they couldnāt and still denied her of the second topping to her face over .53 cents because I didnāt have it in actual change I will never go to there again Iāll drive to lake park where they know how to do business and treat people

Just went through drive thru order small strawberry sundae forgot to tell her I had a coupon she informed me I should have told her that when I ordered because she already rang me out. So rude and unprofessional professional

I was passing by this town when I had an urge for an ice cream. They do not have chocolate ice cream and they didn't have chocolate sprinkles. The vanilla ice cream was melting by the time I received it. The customer service I received was good, as the cashier was attentive. The appearance of the store was lacking. It was drab looking. Cold steel and gray. The place could use a remodel.

Hidden gem off of busy roads! Itās hidden behind the gas station and off a residential street. Great staff, super friendly ladies who make great desserts. Fun atmosphere and nostalgic DQ interior. Definitely worth the stop.
