Hidden gem off of busy roads! It’s hidden behind the gas station and off a residential street. Great staff, super friendly ladies who make great desserts. Fun atmosphere and nostalgic DQ interior. Definitely worth the stop.

The order taker was very rude. I worked fast food restaurants and it’s not the best. So quite what I did found a better job where I’m happy with pay and going to work. Customer service goes a long way. You don’t know who’s coming through your line. My profession is inspecting places and rating goods and service. You’ll telling me what I can’t have or have on my food I’m ordering. Then I pull up to window you get even more nastier. Your whole store would’ve been shut down owners contracting and Dairy Queen reps as well. My report would be specifically about your service and how horribly you handled the situation. I did reach out to some of my colleagues in Ga and had a web conference. Please be mindful how you carry yourself especially if the customer wasn’t rude. You never know who coming through your line and who they know.

If you are looking a sauced and tossed chicken strip basket. Do not order it from here. They just drizzle a very little bit of bbq sauce on top of them. You might as well get a regular chicken strip basket with bbq dipping sauce.
I went up to order a drink after I ordered my food because I forgot and I stood there for about 8 minutes and someone finally came but this girl that came had a terrible attitude she acted like she did not want to be there! Next, we went to order ice cream with our coupon I told that same girl my order and she started walking not even noticing my brother and we told her that we had something else to order she roller her eyes and said, "So you want it on a different order?" We told her no and she still walked away with the credit card! Later my brother walked up to the counter and stood there for a while with people walking right past him and people looking him in the eye! He finally started saying repeatedly can I get a spoon? They still didn't acknowledge him so he walked away. My Mimi went up there and said can i get a spoon and this lady again rolled her eyes and hesitantly gave her the spoon and my Mimi said he was waiting up here for a while and no one came and she acted like she didn't care. The whole time we are trying to eat these people are screaming across the kitchen!

I brought my children in for ice cream after a day at the state park. The young cashier that took our order was expressionless and she looked like she just didn’t want to be there. The kicker was the loud girl with bright pink hair, she didn’t make one of my kids cones correctly and when I told her she rolled her eyes and got someone else to correct it. I took what was made to the table to my children and when I got back to the counter I could hear her say “this lady…” and mumble something. And what I had was really light on the toppings. We stayed anyway and while we were at the table eating, I could see and hear this girl with pink hair yelling and cursing. My children heard her use GD. I believe that is completely inappropriate and I’m not taking my children back there.

Ice cream machine down. Cashier eating. Another employee was cleaning her long fake nails and texting on her phone with food right under her. So grossed out I couldn't even order anything. I will always go into an establishment for now on. If they do that infront of customers, what do they do when they aren't there. The cashier didn't even wash her hands between making food after she just ate.
