I had a problem with my cheesy bread delivery on01/27/26 so I called the manager of dominoes adel in am told him my problem he rectified the problem quickly and made me a new order and sent it out the manager is a top notch person that understands great job but his employees have filthy mouths and bad attitudes towards customers and customer service

So I called to see if they were closed a lady answered hung up I called back and there was a guy yelling constantly as if he couldn’t here me saying hello is anyone there and I kept saying are you guys open and he kept screaming hello that’s rude and I haven’t ate dominoes bc of the bad service I received before tried to give it another try tonight on Christmas Eve and I will never again and my delivery guy missed a 100 dollars for Christmas ! Wings were horrible. Wings were soft and mushy. Were they warmed up in microwave? I would think for $37 for 8 wings and an order of cheesy bread it would have been better.

My husband made an order over the phone for a Medium Stuffed crust pizza on Aug 3rd, the charge went through the next day for $20.23. 4 days later my card was charged a SECOND time, SAME amount. No purchased was made to this establishment for ANYTHING for this second charge to occur. The only information i was offered was that they don't save card information and that I should reach out to their customer support line. No refund was offered, no help was given. If you order from here, make sure to check your bank account a few days later as you may or may not have another charge from them!

I don't know her name but that's because she never said hi my name is so and so welcome to dominos how can I help you no she came to the counter with the crappiest attitude I asked about a order and she just kept ignoring me like I wasn't even there then when she did finally answer she had a attitude about it I don't know how on earth she ever became a manager or even got hired her customer service is beyond crap I worked as a manager at Wendy's for 7 years and that's not how you treat your customers who keep your business running she needs to be put in the back away from people and have her manger title taken away this isn't the first time she has been like this and the gm was made aware of it and did nothing to correct it if this is the kind of people y'all hire and put in management positions yall are going to loose customers

I have been a happy Domino’s customer since I moved to this area. Keep up the good work and continue to stay positive, despite some challenges you may encounter at times.
I ordered a pizza over the phone yesterday and a young lady named Emily was very helpful. I was unsure of what kind of pizza to order and she recommended some different kinds to me. She knew her stuff! Pizza was hot and tasty too!

I ordered three pizzas. They were prepared correctly and delivered faster than I expected (I live well outside the city limits). The online tracking of the order and the GPS tracking of the delivery vehicle was useful, though admittedly not really necessary. It was convenient to use the GPS tracking to make sure the driver was coming to the correct house. I would use Dominos again. I really prefer Pizza Hut, but it seems their prices have just gotten too high.
