I go to my local ocala & Belleview fl locations and have received this drink multiple times, its delicious when made correctly. On vacation we stopped at this one, early morning, around 6:30 a.m., I did an app order and didnt taste my drink for 20 more minutes on the highway Northbound, it was disgusting! I had to throw it away, menu instructions for this drink must not have been followed, it was bitter, not sweet, not peppermint tasting, so disappointing!
My kiddos and I love coming here. Food is always super yummy and my kids love the cake pops. Iced/hot coffees and cappuccinos are a hit or miss, sometimes taste way too watery and not enough coffee, but the freezers are always spot on. I love ordering the breve and adding caramel and vanilla to it. Ends up tasting like a gas station cappuccino but so much better. If they would add matcha to the menu it would be amazing
It's definitely not terrible, I would certainly get this before I would get Starbucks. We just prefer Red Owl coffee. We usually get better service at Red Owl. We prefer the flavor of the coffee better there, and we thought the food was better at Red Owl. We ordered the egg bites here for breakfast and it turns out they're the same exact ones we get from Sam's and have at our house for breakfast, just ten times the price!
