Service was great yesterday we are traveling through for bike week and decided to stop and get some lunch we don’t have huddle house in Michigan the server Mickey was lovely she made she we were tended too never had to ask for a refill or sauces she thought of everything we might need before the food ever even got to our table and I’m not sure of the cooks name but he was fabulous food was delicious my daughter had the mvp with a strawberry waffle and I had a Philly steak omelette it was very delicious we will be back on our way back through to head home! Thanks for a wonderful meal

The waitress was not around. However, the cook got us drinks(young white guy) then came back and got our food order. Waitress got mad and told the boss lady he was doing wrong. She scolded him in front of everyone. Not cool when he was handling business. Food was great. January 24th Saturday morning.

First time there, we will never go back. Entered and sat down, we were the only ones in there at 8pm. After about 5 minutes i went into the adjoining gas station to look for someone that worked at the restaurant. Found our server and she promptly took our order. Food arrived and was so-so. The killer was after the check came. Our meals included two sides. I noticed there was a charge for the sides on both of our meals. I questioned our server. She said that's just how they do it. I told her it wasn't right and I wasn't happy. She didn't really care. I actually paid our check before asking for and getting an itemized copy. I wasn't going to demand a refund for the $3, I'll just never return. I guess that's why we were the only customers dining there.

Our first waitress was nice, pleasant and helpful. The second waitress had absolutely NO customer service. She bad mouthed the waitress, cussed and made herself look like she got things done. Manager and cooks NO hair net, cross contamination! Cooked pulled up pants then made food, manager put her hair behind her ear, touched the printer to put new paper then proceeded to continue making food. Never again

Took about 35 min for the server to drop off 2 of our meals, my son said his should be coming. As my youngest and I were about done with our meals server came back to ask if we needed anything else, so I mentioned the other meal was still needed. That took a while to get. Ended up taking about 1 1 /2 hours to grab a quick breakfast there 😔 Made us real behind on our road trip after that. At least the food was good and the server was apologetic.

Waitress was rude and food was cooked wrong. Grill was filthy and it showed up on our eggs. I asked for scrambled with cheese, I got watery eggs . I didn't eat my meal and all the waitress wanted to give me was 10% off. The Place was also disgusting. Never again!

My server was the best!! I believe her name is Sarah, but she was so attentive & made me & my kids feel welcomed & cared for. My youngest was acting out being disruptive so she gave him something to distract him while we ordered. I’ve never been to huddle house before and when I told her that she told me all her favorites & the most popular items. She even knew the whole menu without even looking, I’m telling you she was GOOD! I’ll definitely be back!
