I use to live in adel and would go here alit to eat..I made a special trip there recently for this foid..the staff is amazing, cooks even better, food is wonderful, taste like moms ...if you ever want to try true southern cooking like porkchops, fried chicken, corn bread , turnip greens, hammocks, and more, then this is ur place.always seasoned perfectly and good prices.theres not a buffet but the portions are very generous.makes me wish I still lived there.lol

Some of the absolute BEST comfort, soul food I’ve found in a restaurant in our area. Everyone in this establishment welcomed us as we walked in the door for lunch. We took a seat and our order was immediately taken. I had never ate here, so I requested them to choose the best they had, and let me tell you, I was NOT let down. Absolutely the JUICIEST, NOT greasy fried chicken I’ve ever ate. The sides were delicious, but nothing matched the love and care we received in this restaurant. Absolutely the pinnacle of customer service. Impire has earned life long customers in me and my coworkers. There’s a reason these folks have been in business for 30+ years! Y'all keep doing y’all’s thang!

Food would have been good except i almost choked on the metal/plastic bread tie that was on my hamburger! Just made me think what a mess the prep area must be for that to happen….wont be back.
Man!!! That Breakfast!!! Just delicious!! Everything had so much flavor!! And it was a Big Helping of food!! I have found a new fave! Definitely a diamond in the rough! Can't wait to try their lunch!

This is the good old family owned business it's clean everybody is just like one big family in there food is excellent service is excellent entertainment is excellent LOL but we got to go every day except Sunday they are closed on Sunday which is fabulous but the family that owns that are very very nice people .
