The chicken gold sauce was not put in our bag and we had to make a u-turn to come back as we hadn't really ate breakfast and we were looking forward to lunch. The chicken gold sauce is supposed to come with bacon, yet it did not. The pickles were on only one side and when my dad pulled it out of the bag, the chicken was halfway off the bun. On top of it, all of our food was cold.

Walked in the bathroom and it smelled like feces and then order 3 sandwich and 1 frappe and waited 25 min for it. What didn't help 3 family's came in after me and my wife did and they got there food before us and there was 4 employees just standing there and talking doing nothing.

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms smelled like cat urine, the trash hadn’t been changed and was overflowing. There was filth all over the toilets. The service was non existent and multiple workers saw I needed assistance at the counter and ignored me. The drink fountain was broken and the food was lukewarm, but the fries weren’t stale so there’s that.

We are Canadian heading down to Florida, wanted to stop at this location for a late dinner. It had a dark atmosphere kinda. Took 10 minutes to get to the front of the line, THERE WAS A KID AND A MOM AHEAD OF US. They weren’t even ordering slow, the worker just did not understand anything. Finally we got to order, (really expensive) we wanted a cheese burger. Holy cow, the lady at the cashier couldn’t find the cheese burger. LIKE WANT DO YOU MEAN, “I can’t find the cheese burger” YOU WORK AT A MCDONALDS HOW THE HECK IS THAT POSSIBLE. So we get a kids meal instead, the food is ICE COLD. Like you can’t eat that, the patty could give you hypothermia. The only Edible thing was the ketchup packet on the side, but I wasn’t even sure. Go to the waffle house it’s open 24/7. My gas station Pizza Pringles tasted better. Boycott McDonald’s in Adel.

Plenty of free parking and men’s and women’s restrooms. Handicapped accessible. You can order from the kiosk or the counter. Dine in or take out. Close to the interstate and gas stations. Good hot fresh food. Would recommend
Ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes before u had to go in and ask about my order. Even after that, they gave me an incorrect order. I was missing two sandwiches and a burger. Stopped on a road trip and it ruined our mood. Just wait till the next McDonald’s!

One word can sum this up Discusting!! From the food, cleanliness even the language the staff was using in earshot of my child should be unacceptable to anyone's standards. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was nessasary.

Wanted to argue about everything that our group asked about from giving wrong size cups to trying to charge us for syrup that they didn't even give us. Not very friendly at all. You had employees talking at tables sitting not a care in the world instead of working. It's a McDonald's that I will never stop at again and will definitely pass it up. We weren't the only ones complaining that locals that live in that area say it's the worst one to stop at but it's the only one close to them. How you going to offer a small cup for a medium and say the medium cup is large and the large cup is a large. Staff suck fire and replace with people who care about customers and their job and actually learn what they are selling. While we sat there and ate we watched how they couldn't even ring up the simplest orders from others. The food was ok but we've had better.

Quick stop for a Carmel sundae. No nuts anymore though which sucks. The staff was friendly. They gave me a spoon with a wrapper that wasn't intact anymore so I asked for one that was so I knew it was clean. The window to pay is not on the same exterior wall as the pickup window which was a unique style of drive thru.
