Ordered delivery. Never received food or refund 😕......
This subway has the rudest employees and the atmosphere is not customer service friendly. The employee tells me the toaster is down.. as always but i still want my sub so she tells me I can heat the meat up at home.. cool no problem. As she proceeds to make the sandwich she is about to add the condiments—- lettuce tomato etc, I’m like how can I cook the meat with the condiments on there and she shrubs her shoulders to say she don’t know. It’s like this all the time. They are rude, the veggies look old all the time like they have been freezer burnt the lettuce is brown and the customer service is rude rude RUDE!!!!!
They don’t even deserve a one star . Me and my mom went in to get subs and instantly the toaster not working . Red flag already . But we still wanted food. The girl there on may 14 at seven whoever she is was just plain rude . I asked for light vinegar and oil she proceeds to put a lot in there and said sorry you said one line and still puts more on there I still wanted my sandwich still
Being nice to her . My mom wanted her veggies on the side because she was gonna warm her meat up at home once again we accepting the toaster down but we still wanted the sandwich . She then starts taking my mom sandwich apart at this point my mom doesn’t want the sandwich I’m paying for mines she hands me my money says have a good day all rude I’m like I don’t have my sandwich . I notice my change is short she has rung me up for the wrong sandwich I tell her to give
Me money back I don’t want it . The service was a zero out of zero been living in Adel 10 plus years and this is the worst restaurant in Adel . Definitely need new workers won’t be returning
They just need to shut this place down cause they never have anything in there when you go and also I asked one of the employees what go on a certain sandwich and she tells me she don’t know how you don’t know when you work here and tryin to fix me a sub
So me and my husband has stopped for a bite to eat and they were rude one of the workers kids were there and she kept touching all the cups right after coughing. They were really slow and taking orders as slow as a snail. My thing is you shouldn’t be rude to customers and shouldn’t allow your child to be touching everything. Worst experience ever will never go back
This subway needs a serious check in
The customer service is just ok, there's one lady that works there that is great, the rest of the crew is not rude or mean or anything but just like they are so miserable to be there, and I get it that might be the case but we all have a job to do and customer service is part of this one.
Where it lacks the most is the food, the most important part
They are often out of common meats like roast beef, the veggies aren't always the freshest which is ironic considering their slogan is eat fresh. And lately the amount of food they put on the subs has decreased so much it's not even funny. For example my wife ordering a fully loaded all veggies subway club, and without saying a word they don't put roast beef on it because their out and they put 3 veggies on it, and not much of the 3 either. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with double meat because I don't get veggies on it, it had one very spread out thin layer of meat on it.
This is just the last experience, we keep going back every so often to give them another chance because we aren't trying to be picky or critics or anything, it's subway.. But this might be atleast consistently the worst I've ever seen subway get.
I hope they wake up soon and fix this place. It used to be a nice option especially for something quick after church.
Ate lunch here while visiting Moody AFB. The subs were fresh and tasted great. The staff was super friendly and enjoyable. Would eat here again!
I ordered to sandwiches, one a regular sub, and one flatbread sub. The flabread sub had a tortilla used instead of flatbread. My orders contents were also switched. Also ordered a churro through the app, only to be told that i needed to refund it through the app because they dont make them at this location. I couldnt even get a refund because the app dosent have any options for it.
The manager wouldn't allow me to use a $100 bill, she didn't have any of the foot long pretzels, cookies or roll ups available because she didn't put them out, and didn't have any salad bowls due to her not ordering any. The ladies there were very apologetic and understanding because it wasn't their fault. I have been to many subways but the one in Nashville Ga puts the one in Adel GA to pure shame. Seems like the manager was either not wanting to be bothered or just rude to employees. Needless to say I won't be back nor would I recommend this place to anyone without some changes or teaching better customer service from management.

Mother in law got me a sandwich from them around 8:30-9pm and I don’t know what they did or put on my sandwich but at 5 months pregnant and that being my only thing to eat. It has made me extremely sick. Every hour that goes by just makes me feel worse.
Do better y’all.. doesn’t matter if y’all were closing soon. Do your job right please.

Was over charged and charged for items I didn’t even get. When we got home is when we realized that the order wasn’t right and was charged wrong. Tried to call back and let them know of course no answer so emailed Vickie Spires immediately and was told it would be corrected. After a couple of days I noticed the charges was still on my card so emailed back and was told that I had to drive all the way back to that store and they was going to cancel it out. I explained that I didn’t live in Adel but they didn’t care. So I did end up going back a few days later and all they did was just refund the amount they overcharged. And was pretty rude about it!! I could not believe how they treated us as a customer very upset with them and I will not ever go back to that subway!!! It cost me more in gas than what they refunded which they could have done over the phone with the receipt! And not considering the inconvenience of ordering dinner for your family and not even getting the food!!
