Mother in law got me a sandwich from them around 8:30-9pm and I don’t know what they did or put on my sandwich but at 5 months pregnant and that being my only thing to eat. It has made me extremely sick. Every hour that goes by just makes me feel worse.

Was over charged and charged for items I didn’t even get. When we got home is when we realized that the order wasn’t right and was charged wrong. Tried to call back and let them know of course no answer so emailed Vickie Spires immediately and was told it would be corrected. After a couple of days I noticed the charges was still on my card so emailed back and was told that I had to drive all the way back to that store and they was going to cancel it out. I explained that I didn’t live in Adel but they didn’t care. So I did end up going back a few days later and all they did was just refund the amount they overcharged. And was pretty rude about it!! I could not believe how they treated us as a customer very upset with them and I will not ever go back to that subway!!! It cost me more in gas than what they refunded which they could have done over the phone with the receipt! And not considering the inconvenience of ordering dinner for your family and not even getting the food!!

I was in today grabbing my lunch and there was a very unhappy customer in front of me who was being extremely rude to the staff. I would just like to say the woman behind the counter handled the situation with grace and remained professional in a situation that most probably would not have been. Not sure of her name but she deserves some recognition!

Workers bragging to each other about not wanting to be at work and it showed the lady preparing the food was deliberately preparing the peoples food ahead of us so crazy that the people ahead of me had to repeatedly request that she PLEASE add more condiments to her sub and the worker got an attitude with the customer and stated she could go somewhere else she didn't have time to play any games with her once that was over the lady paid for her food and ordered a drink the lady then went to get ice to fill her cup that's when the male employee stated that the ice was blocked and he would have to break it up the aggressive lady worker then yelled at the lady about complaining about the ice that she could drink it without the ice the lady then asked for a refund for her drink if she couldn't get the ice for it well you can figure out how that wentBUYER BEWARE AT THIS LOCATION
An absolute godsend, we stopped in not knowing they were closing in 15 minutes. The two ladies working were eager to help. We were starving after being on the road all day and ecstatic they didn't mind serving us after they had basically shut down for the day. The restaurant was clean, the sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service was amazing. Thank you so much!

You might be able to get more business if your store would take online payments. It ALWAYS says that MasterCard, Visa, etc. is not accepted at this location. But y'all will sure take those payments if I walk in the store.

Great Subway. We drive from Tifton to eat at your subway. The workers are always friendly and so nice. They could give the other subways around some lessons on great service.
