Ordered 2 tacos and it took us 25 minutes to get them. Everyone that came in after us had their orders and was done before we got ours. Asked to talk to the Manager to see if she could get us our order, but she refused to talk to us.

The value box now cost $9 which isn't much of a value anymore. But it was delicious and our service was impeccable.
They need to make sure the food is not cold before passing it out to customers. They also need to make sure they watch their language especially in front of customers. Some of them have nasty attitudes.

I got a pickup order with my bf here at the drive thru, the employee helping us was named James. I had forgotten to put a baja blast on my mobile order and before we left we asked if we were supposed to get two (cause we only got my bf’s drink) I looked at the receipt and he was right there was only one on the order. We asked if we could just buy another one and James very kindly gave us a free medium baja blast. He made my night

Customer service is non-existent. They only speak minimally and never in a courtesy manner. They usually act as if I'm a problem to deal with even though I am respectful and polite with them.
