Drove over an hour from Douglas Georgia to try this place. Called to see what was on the menu. Baked fish, fried fish, pork chops, fried chicken, rutabaga, squash, turnip greens, Mac& cheese, hush puppies, rolls, cornbread, baked chicken, rice, tomato gravy. As you can imagine I was quite hungry after hearing this. Arrived at 1pm, they close at 2. No fish,no pork chops, two hush puppies. Everything was cold. Two spoonfuls of speggeti. They did have chili which was not on the menu. Dessert was subpar. Then I got charged full price for the meal that was nothing to what I was told. Needless to say We Won't Be Back. All I can say is go early but don't expect a lot.

Great little local spot! Well worth the extra travel from the interstate. Good home style food, great service, great relaxed down home atmosphere. First time stopping but definitely not the last! Had pork chops, turkey and dressing, baked chicken, Mac n cheese, and vegetable sides

If you are traveling by and think it’s not worth the little drive past the exit….. you are wrong! So glad we went on our trip from Fla to Atlanta. Not super fancy but amazing southern cooking at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

If you're dieting don't go! You won't have enough willpower to resist incredibly good food. All-inclusive reasonable price for meal, tea or lemonade, and dessert. Go hungry because you will go back for seconds!
